I visited this location yesterday at 6:20 PM and the register was closed and they were mopping the floors and would not process my shipment. I returned today and despite the fact that your website says you take USPS returns, your sales associate for lack of a better word, indicated she would not process a USPS return. While I was processing my other shipments, a customer walked in indicating that his return to Amazon had not yet been collected by UPS which he dropped off at this location 10 days ago. The same sales associate was abrupt and rude and told him to go call Amazon. After confirming on your website that you do in fact offer USPS services I first tried to call to inquire, yet the mailbox was full. I returned to ask, and was rudely told that store doesn’t participate. Due to this mistreatment, I did not have confidence that the associate would actually process my shipments that I had paid for. I returned to the store to request my packages so that I could drop them off at an alternate UPS Store location. Before I entered the door the same sales associate was gesturing at me to turn around and leave which I did not. When I entered the store I was told she would be calling the police, which would’ve been no issue for me because I hadn’t done anything wrong except try and purchase mail delivery services, and then request my packages be returned to me do my due to the lack of confidence in the store personnel. The Associate gestured at me multiple times and threatened to call the police for what reason I have no idea I am simply trying to reclaim my packages. I was told that they had already been shipped out and again threatened with a call to the police. If I could give you -100 stars that wouldn’t be enough of a critical commentary. This is my third time at this location and it will be my last. As an aside the same sales associate has been present each time but thankfully I did not have The misfortune to have her assist me previously. However, I did observe her behavior on the other two occasions and noted both times she was quite rude and abrupt too other customers. Good luck.

*Very poor and frustrating experience : Did not open at scheduled time, and while 3 customers waited in line, 2 employees were ignoring us and doing tasks that should have been taken care of at a different time* ▪️I was very disappointed with the experience I had during my first (and last) visit at this location this morning. ▪️I am from out of town, but because I was on my way to work, the Farmington UPS store was more convenient for me to go to, as they opened earlier than the one near my house. ▪️Since I only had to drop off an Amazon return, (which takes about 30 seconds; you hand your item to the employee, they scan it, throw it into a bin, and you're done) I figured that I would be in and out, then on my way... ▪️Unfortunately, that was NOT the case this morning! ▪️This location opens at 8:30am; I was there waiting at the door at 8:25am, to ensure I would be in and out as early and as quickly as possible. There were also two other customers waiting outside with me, one of whom is a Farmington Police Officer, (so I was kind of hoping that maybe they would be sure to open on time when they saw him, just so he could get back to his important role in the community- I'm sure the last thing he wanted to be doing was standing outside of The *locked* UPS Store with two other customers who were also trying to get to work)... ▪️8:30am passed, and still no one came to unlock the doors to let us in. While this normally would not have been a big deal, not only were there three of us waiting outside, but there were two employees behind the counter inside just looking at us with no sense of urgency; one was sitting on her phone, and the other was going through a stack of packages (which I feel like could have been done at a more appropriate time, and not when there are customers waiting to be let in). ▪️Since we were all just trying to get to work, I knocked on the door at 8:32am, but still no help. One of the employees JUST then decided to start opening the burglar doors that covered the store (which I feel like should be done right before unlocking the doors at 8:30am)...but when she was done, returned to the counter with the other employee. ▪️A few more minutes passed, so I knocked again, and the only acknowledgement I received was the girl on her phone signaling to us with her finger "one minute." ▪️Normally I am very patient and understanding, but when we were FINALLY let in at 8:37, not only were the employees cold and rude, they didn't even apologize (or at least attempt to explain what happened or why we were locked outside past the time they were supposed to be open). Maybe there was some sort of shipping emergency or something, which could have been a possibility, but I have no idea what the reasoning was because they did not even attempt to address the elephant in the room. ▪️I understand it was only 7 minutes, but when you are in a hurry because you are trying to get to work, then something like this happens that you did not anticipate, it can REALLY throw your morning off and cause a domino effect!!! I am a very strong supporter of small local businesses, so the lack of customer service we received today was extremely disappointing. You would think in this day and age that business owners would be appreciative of any business you are choosing to give them, especially with how competitive it currently is out there. Small businesses are working harder than ever to ensure they survive during these tough times, so you would think anyone working in customer service would not only be thankful for having a job, but going above and beyond to always make sure their customers have a good experience at their business.

Saw the reviews about the store deciding to close/open at random times. Figured if I go at 2:30 on a Sunday (hours say 3:30) then even if they're closing early I should still be good. They were already closed. Either update your hours on Google (it's not hard, I've literally done it when I worked at a small retail store) or crack down on employees making their own hours if that's why your hours are so inconsistent. Can't give more than 1 star to a UPS that apparently doesn't send out packages during the hours they are open. *Insert "you had one job" meme here*. Absurd.

I use this UPS store (Post Office Square) at least once a week. I find the store to be one of the BEST UPS locations. Here are a few reasons: 1- the store is very clean 2- staff turn around is low. I see a core staff that are friendly, professional and helpful. They know their job, might sound like a silly statement, but they offer customers options that they are not aware of. The are also timely, service is quick. I’d suggest if you need a UPS store come here. Oh ya, parking is easy too. It’s the best UPS store in the world!

Not sure what's with all these negative reviews, I had gone to this location about a month ago. All around great experience, my return was handled quickly and without any hassles. Thank you!

Rude. I go out of my way to avoid this location if I need to make a UPS drop off.
