*Very
poor
and
frustrating
experience
:
Did
not
open
at
scheduled
time,
and
while
3
customers
waited
in
line,
2
employees
were
ignoring
us
and
doing
tasks
that
should
have
been
taken
care
of
at
a
different
time*
▪️I
was
very
disappointed
with
the
experience
I
had
during
my
first
(and
last)
visit
at
this
location
this
morning.
▪️I
am
from
out
of
town,
but
because
I
was
on
my
way
to
work,
the
Farmington
UPS
store
was
more
convenient
for
me
to
go
to,
as
they
opened
earlier
than
the
one
near
my
house.
▪️Since
I
only
had
to
drop
off
an
Amazon
return,
(which
takes
about
30
seconds;
you
hand
your
item
to
the
employee,
they
scan
it,
throw
it
into
a
bin,
and
you're
done)
I
figured
that
I
would
be
in
and
out,
then
on
my
way...
▪️Unfortunately,
that
was
NOT
the
case
this
morning!
▪️This
location
opens
at
8:30am;
I
was
there
waiting
at
the
door
at
8:25am,
to
ensure
I
would
be
in
and
out
as
early
and
as
quickly
as
possible.
There
were
also
two
other
customers
waiting
outside
with
me,
one
of
whom
is
a
Farmington
Police
Officer,
(so
I
was
kind
of
hoping
that
maybe
they
would
be
sure
to
open
on
time
when
they
saw
him,
just
so
he
could
get
back
to
his
important
role
in
the
community-
I'm
sure
the
last
thing
he
wanted
to
be
doing
was
standing
outside
of
The
*locked*
UPS
Store
with
two
other
customers
who
were
also
trying
to
get
to
work)...
▪️8:30am
passed,
and
still
no
one
came
to
unlock
the
doors
to
let
us
in.
While
this
normally
would
not
have
been
a
big
deal,
not
only
were
there
three
of
us
waiting
outside,
but
there
were
two
employees
behind
the
counter
inside
just
looking
at
us
with
no
sense
of
urgency;
one
was
sitting
on
her
phone,
and
the
other
was
going
through
a
stack
of
packages
(which
I
feel
like
could
have
been
done
at
a
more
appropriate
time,
and
not
when
there
are
customers
waiting
to
be
let
in).
▪️Since
we
were
all
just
trying
to
get
to
work,
I
knocked
on
the
door
at
8:32am,
but
still
no
help.
One
of
the
employees
JUST
then
decided
to
start
opening
the
burglar
doors
that
covered
the
store
(which
I
feel
like
should
be
done
right
before
unlocking
the
doors
at
8:30am)...but
when
she
was
done,
returned
to
the
counter
with
the
other
employee.
▪️A
few
more
minutes
passed,
so
I
knocked
again,
and
the
only
acknowledgement
I
received
was
the
girl
on
her
phone
signaling
to
us
with
her
finger
"one
minute."
▪️Normally
I
am
very
patient
and
understanding,
but
when
we
were
FINALLY
let
in
at
8:37,
not
only
were
the
employees
cold
and
rude,
they
didn't
even
apologize
(or
at
least
attempt
to
explain
what
happened
or
why
we
were
locked
outside
past
the
time
they
were
supposed
to
be
open).
Maybe
there
was
some
sort
of
shipping
emergency
or
something,
which
could
have
been
a
possibility,
but
I
have
no
idea
what
the
reasoning
was
because
they
did
not
even
attempt
to
address
the
elephant
in
the
room.
▪️I
understand
it
was
only
7
minutes,
but
when
you
are
in
a
hurry
because
you
are
trying
to
get
to
work,
then
something
like
this
happens
that
you
did
not
anticipate,
it
can
REALLY
throw
your
morning
off
and
cause
a
domino
effect!!!
I
am
a
very
strong
supporter
of
small
local
businesses,
so
the
lack
of
customer
service
we
received
today
was
extremely
disappointing.
You
would
think
in
this
day
and
age
that
business
owners
would
be
appreciative
of
any
business
you
are
choosing
to
give
them,
especially
with
how
competitive
it
currently
is
out
there.
Small
businesses
are
working
harder
than
ever
to
ensure
they
survive
during
these
tough
times,
so
you
would
think
anyone
working
in
customer
service
would
not
only
be
thankful
for
having
a
job,
but
going
above
and
beyond
to
always
make
sure
their
customers
have
a
good
experience
at
their
business.
