I have had a great experience with Jimmy Ngo. He really worked with me and my partner to find an apartment that was in our budget but had the "wants" that we were looking for. I met with him several times and he was very knowledge, respectful, and helpful each time. He was also very communicative on any requirements, paperwork, and timelines. After we signed the apartment, he was willing to meet again so that we can do some measurements around the apartment and he even brought a tape measure! Jimmy really went above and beyond in my experience.
