Since I joined OTF, I lost 30 pounds. Coaches- I like the variety of coaches. They all have different personalities and expertise but still motivates us to strive for better and improve our form on the tread, rower and floor. The trainers (and Andrea in the front desk) all have helped me PR on the treadmill to run longer, faster and get higher wattage on the rower. Workouts- I love that the workouts are challenging and are things that I would NEVER do on my own if I was to work out at my local gym. It's great that I am pushed to run hills and do sprints on the treadmill, because, who really goes to the gym and has the self discipline to do so? On the floor, I like learning new compound workouts like suit case squats, renegade rows and utilizing multiple muscles. I also love incorporating different equipment that I don't always have access to at my local gym (ab dolley, TRX, bench, rower). The calves stretcher and foam rollers available are an added bonus! Technology- I love being able to see my performance during and after class and knowing when I need to push a little bit harder to get myself into the target zone. If I were to work out on my own, I'm sure I would mostly be in the green and probably coast along. Cooling/Stretching It's great the warm ups and cool downs are rushed! It's great that the new stretch routines are based on the muscle groups used for that class. Professionalism: All Staff (both trainer and front desk) are courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! It's not a random person of the street teaching a group class but they know the science and technology! They are available before and after class to help out and answer questions and are actually involved in other events (races, rowing clinics) Cleanliness: I can't say this about most gyms but this one is ACTUALLY CLEAN and the equipment actually functions or gets fixed right away if it doesn't. From the machines to the showers, everything is immaculate. I've seen trainers rerack weights when they are not in proper place and I've seen the front desk staff help maintain the lobby and shower facilities.

I have been a OTF member for years but was attending the Brighton Studio, which is fantastic! But due to a schedule change I have switched to taking the majority of my classes at Burlington studio. The staff and trainers here are fantastic. They are very welcoming and I always have a great workout.

I was charged to put my membership on freeze since I’m traveling internationally and when I called to extend the freeze they want to charge me again. I wasn’t even told I will be charged for the freeze in the first place. When I asked to cancel my membership they want to charge me a full month before they cancel. I was trying to explain I am traveling oversees for a family medical emergency and I’m not going to be back until end of the year. I just don’t get the logic! I have been a long term member of orange theory but looking at this exploitation I am not going back!

I love working out at Orangetheory. The workouts are different every day, but always a great, challenging hour that combines cardio and strength work. Coaches are great, all different styles and personalities but all knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, energetic, and motivating. The community of members is engaged and fun, not judgmental or needlessly competitive. Don't be intimidated by the intensity; you can always modify to your needs and fitness level, and there's always a way to push yourself. Give it a try!! You never know what you can do.

Steve is a phenomenal coach. He knows how to keep a class engaged no matter what level you are starting at. I loved the energy, the attention to form, and of course the ability to measure metrics and trends. The app is like an accountability partner, and the people in class are friendly and motivated. So glad I joined and always look forward to my next class!

Absolutely LOVE this place! As OTF became part of my life it was important for it to feel like something I wanted to go and do. New members are welcomed with support and encouragement. When I have questions any of the trainers are receptive and helpful, but more importantly passionate about my well being. I look forward to each workout since they are NEVER the same.Overall, such a great place! The coaching, the workouts, and the community- everything about this place is amazing.

Orangetheory Burlington is great! Everyone is really friendly - the trainers, the front desk staff, the other members. The workouts are always different, so you don't get bored, but they are very easy to follow. I really like getting the email at the end of each session with my heart rate data and time spent in each zone. Classes are really easy to schedule (you can use your online account, the app, or they'll do it for you at the front desk), and I've never had issues getting into classes during peak hours. Overall a great studio with great people!

Subject: Unpleasant Experience at Orange Theory Burlington I recently had a disappointing experience at Orange Theory in Burlington, MA, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. My wife, who is a member, convinced me to join her for a free trial class at the Burlington location. Unfortunately, my encounter with the front desk, particularly with Sarah Michaela, left me with a negative impression. Upon explaining our situation, Sarah was unyielding in her refusal to let me join the free trial class because it wasn't my wife's home office location. Despite expressing our willingness to travel 15 miles for this experience, Sarah showed a lack of consideration and empathy. Her demeanor was not only rude but also unprofessional, leaving us feeling unwelcome. I believe that customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and the interaction with Sarah fell short of the expected standards. I suggest that Orange Theory in Burlington invest in additional training for front desk employees, specifically focusing on customer empathy and communication skills. I hope that this feedback contributes to the improvement of customer experiences at Orange Theory in Burlington.

These group fitness classes are absolutely amazing! I've been going to this studio since before the grand opening and I'm am just about addicted. I started going 2x a week and have upgraded to have an unlimited membership. The staff is energetic, knowledgeable, and a great fitness resource. The community this studio is building is one to be apart of- they welcome any and everyone!
