This place is such a hidden gem in the rough. It's small but packed with rare vynil and other music formats, along with rare equipment. The guy is really nice and seems knowledgeable with music history. Bring your jewelry and coins too and buy some other cool stuff while there.

Great little store with a lot of history. Didn't get a chance to browse around as I had other business to attend to while here. Will definitely go back when time and money permit me to do.

For buying precious metals on the north shore, Beverly Coin is the way to go. He is knowledgeable about the gold and silver market and tries his best to give you a deal that beats the online dealers. I go to Spleen first when buying PMs because it seems other coin shops in the area want you in and out. One other shop was offended about me asking the mintage # for a coin I was buying. “Look it up yourself” was his response. Not Spleen, he’s there to help and I would definitely recommend, especially to a new stacker!

By far my favorite place to buy used records! Great selection of classics, and plenty of obscure stuff, plus better prices than a lot of other small record stores in the area. Spleen is friendly and knowledgeable, and treats his regulars well. Just don’t go in expecting the ritz carlton , it’s simply one man and his treasures crammed into a small room. My favorite kind of store!
