It helped that he also had a sense of humor and let me know some extra details about how to improve my phone plan. Would definitely come back! Edit: Came back a few days later to work with Joel again. He got me an amazing deal to get a new Apple Watch with a cellular line and everything! When I didn’t find the one I wanted in stock, Joel made sure to keep me updated when it would be in stock and did not disappoint!
