Brad and Nick were very communicative about their estimated arrival time. Very much appreciated on that front! They were professional, informative, and efficient during the inspection and cleaning. They made sure I understood the work that was done and the findings in the report. They were clear in their recommendations in how to maintain our fireplace and did a great job explaining the value I could see from an add-on service. Extremely happy with their service. Thank you!

Nadav and his staff were very responsive to my needs, without trying to sell me on products I did not need. He came in, looked at what I requested, made a few minor suggestions, and gave me a very reasonable quote (nearly half of what another company quoted me). He and his crew were timely in arriving and getting the job done. They told me that would be back in a few days to complete the work and they arrived and started the completion, without me contacting them. I asked if they would provide me with pictures of the before and after and they did without any questions. I would definitely recommend The Chimney Pros.

cleaning the chimney at the house has always been tasky, and i felt no one would do it better, until i was asked to hire a professional service. They took the Chimney Cleaning work to a new level with their positive attitude and professional behavior. And they are offering their service at a comparative price. In a sense they are doing a great job in cleaning industries.

Justin and Elijah were great. So professional and courteous. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly and clearly explained the work that was done and problems that should be fixed. He took pictures, which he is emailing to me, along with a detailed list of what was done and what needed to be done. I will request Justin and Elijah to do our inspections and work in the future.

The Chimney Pros Kris was very knowledgeable and advise me what he was going to do. He explained the procedure and the chimney was swept. He advised me that the chimney breast on roof was in need of a repair. He showed me a video regarding the smoke escaping from the chimney breast. Overall his service was excellent and I will use him again in future.

Called yesterday for an appointment and was able to get it for the following morning! Tyrone and Kevin inspected and cleaned my chimney. They arrived within the block of time and were very professional and polite. Tyrone explained why the 4 walls needed to be replaced along with the rusted cap. He showed me the picture of the rusted cap. He called and arranged for the next appointment. They also put a tarp down and cleaned the area before leaving.
