Reserved a ham over a week in advance, my pick up time was 6 o’clock and I got at the cash register at 6:10. I was in line at 5:45. I reserved a boneless ham but when I got up to the register, I was told that my ham was sold out. What’s the point of reserving a ham if it’s not going to be there? I’m sure someone that didn’t reserve their’s got mine. The lady at the register had those nasty long nails like they have in the movie hocus-pocus. I just don’t see how you can clean yourself properly and keep your hands clean with nails that long. Usually when somebody screw something up they try to make it better, but I was just offered a less quality ham for the same price. I was disappointed and disgusted with my purchases. The ham was barely wrapped, dry, and a large section was not sliced. The turkey breast was leathery with poor flavor. Frankly, I’ve had better lunch meat out of a plastic container. Huge embarrassment to serve, and a waste of money. This company should do better, or it’s time to close the doors.

Best ham ever invented! Never disappoints. I buy the boneless and freeze it in smaller packages for future use. You don’t really need to preorder unless it’s a holiday or a specialty item. Sides are great too. This one is located in Winston Salem, NC.

Two of probably the nicest gentlemen I have ever met in the restaurant business. First time I've been to Honey Baked Ham store and were extremely happy to help me get the perfect sandwich! Service, sandwich, cleanliness, everything was superb!! Also they had a perfect 100.0 sanitary rating, not that I look for that sort of thing but never seen a 100.0 before and I've started looking now. Impressive to say the least! Do not hesitate to go here!

This place is near the mall parking lot off Stratford Rd. It's parking lot & entrance is handicap friendly. However you must know that this popular establishment closes pretty early oddly enough..... @ 630PM. They are quite expensive for the type of food they offer. You can get sandwiches (but they quit preparing them approx an hr b4 closing time), bone in ham, sliced turkey & ham (by the lb), sweet Hawaiian rolls (sold 2 u from the cooler) + a variety of sides (frozen...so b prepared 2 "take & bake" them b4 u can enjoy). A few of the sides they offer r: macaroni & cheese, green bean casserole, loaded mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole + 3-4 more options. Also sell a variety of mustards 2 go w/ur food. The food is definitely delicious (not sure if it's worth the price) but it is meant more as a meal 4 larger groups than as a choice to feed 1 or 2 people. Be prepared to stand in line bc the place is usually packed with ppl since it is the only 1 n Winston especially around the holidays. I would try them out next time u r having a get 2gthr w/ ur friends &/or family.

Had an interview here for a seasonal position and got the job! The manager was very professional, store was very clean and staff was friendly. I look forward to the holidays with this great company this year

Honey Baked speaks for itself. If you don't know their products, you need to. Whether it's the signature ham, the turkey or the sides, you will not be disappointed. Staff is great and friendly.

We were disappointed with the quantity and price. The images are somewhat deceiving. There portions are extremely small nothing like in the menu. We felt cheated. Skimpy portions. In everything we bought. If we do return it would be to purchase a whole ham or turkey not sandwiches 😤

Got ham slices for this Thanksgiving 2023. The line was pretty long but it went fast. However, Pre-orders were in and out the door. I hate that the site ordering stopped on Tuesday and i wasn't able to still make a mobile order otherwise I have no complaints. Good portions although prices are a little steep but not too drastic for those holiday meal staples and sides. Good variety of items. I also hate that they don't hire a little extra help around holidays to still be able to do normal lunch or dinner for folks.

Delicious but..... Expensive. I have been unable to duplicate this at home. I'll be taking this in small amounts.

Just seems like a lot of money for food that requires you to do most of the preparation. Not bad food, but not great. You get just as good out of the freezer in a grocery store, for a lot less money.

We don't eat ham. We had the smoked turkey and pot roast. The turkey was good. The pot roast was ok.

Excellent menu, delicious selections, very knowledgeable associate, and very reasonable prices.

Turkey was dry. I was truly disappointed. Green bean casserole was the best thing we got.

The ham was great. we also got sides that were mostly good but the baking instructions were not accurate. The stuffing was still cool after heating as instructed.

I really enjoyed my meal. My wife and I went for lunch sandwiches. I got the tavern sandwich meal, which comes with ham and turkey on the sandwich, a side and a drink. My wife opted for the turkey sandwich meal. My sandwich was big, the amount of meat on it was awesome no skimping here. My wife chose the roasted turkey and her sandwich had roughly half the meat mine did but was not small. She had chips as her side I chose broccoli slaw, which I loved. I will add photos on our next trip. This location can be hard to find, there is a turn off on the entrance/exit of the mall to Strafford Rd that I passed multiple times before finding it so keep a look out.

Nice store for ham. Been coming here for a few years. Convenient location near Hanes Mall in Winston Salem. Very good customer service each time I come here. The ham is one of the best you can buy. Very tasty!

The actual Ham is amazing. No one denies that. But I would start clear of the other food options. The baby back ribs are "decent" but not worth it in my opinion. The side dishes, in particular the "broccoli rice casserole" is awful. You could get the same quality from the frozen food section of Wal-Mart. See pics. Can't speak for the sandwiches and lunch food, as I haven't tasted it. Overall though, the staff is nice and the place is clean. Just get the Ham, nothing else.

I got the turkey tavern on a bakers roll with potato salad and it was good. I also purchased the chocolate rum cake and it was delicious.😋 And Warner the guy that works the register is awesome and was such a big help!!👍🏽
