Video felt like an in person tour. It wasn't too fast, and showed everything, even the street view. Also the application was really quick and simple. Plus you only have to fill out one application, even if you like more than one apartment because they use that application for all apartments. It was great!

Application was very simple yet thorough, asked all the right questions! That and they have really good apartment tour like videos that are extremely useful as well. Easiest application I’ve done, including the fact they provided a website link directly to get your credit score etc. five stars

Great communication with landlord and prompt repairs/maintenance when needed. I’m a homeowner now but thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a tenant for 2 years!

I have rented from Elmir for two years and have never had a negative experience with him. He has been professional and responsive to my concerns. I was impressed with the size of unit, rental rate and washer/ dryer hookups in the unit. Initially my dryer was not compatible with the outlet, but Elmir was quick to have an electrician there to update the outlet. With the overall increase in rental rates, I'm very happy to have found an affordable apartment with pleasant neighbors and a reliable landlord.
