From the moment I walked into the Dental Associates of West Chester office, I felt welcome. The interior is bright and cheerful, and the staff is warm and friendly. Monica, my dental hygienist, was very nice and incredibly thorough. I felt that when she was done she had a real grasp of my dental situation. When Dr. Castleman introduced himself, I immediately felt at ease. He was a perfect blend of professionalism and down-to-earth friendliness. He showed real interest in my dental welfare and respect for my concerns. He explained things clearly, making sure that he answered my questions. I am so happy that I made the switch to this dental “family.”

Dental Associates of West Chester is AWESOME! The office is very clean and inviting. Dr. Castleman is AMAZING! I had a cleaning as well as a filling repair. The entire staff is very polite & professional. They play music during your visit that sets a calming atmosphere. They communicate well & are thorough. I love my new dental office!

Dr Castleman and his staff are amazing. He took good care of my mother and was very patient with her. Dr Castleman spent quality time with her and answered all of her questions. Highly recommend this office!

Always a great experience at Dental Associates of West Chester. Emily and Sherri both do an amazing job as Hygienists. Dr. Manegold is always friendly and knowledgeable. He will not try to sell you unneeded services to keep the cash machine moving. I feel confident that if he recommends a service that it is necessary.

Had a great first experience today with a new dentist. Not too many people can say that…lol… I was very pleased with the friendly staff and how detailed the they were in explaining the procedures and tools they were using. Overall highly recommend Dental Associates of West Chester!!!

It always is a good experience when I have an appt at this office. And that’s saying a lot when you talk about going to the dentist. The thing I like most is how friendly everyone is from the front desk to the very capable Doctors. This visit was extra special since I had Janna THE WINNER OF THE FOOTBALL TROPHY clean my teeth😀

Dr Manegold was able to get me in the same day my tooth cracked and was able to put in a temp crown. Such a relief and thankful to have such a good attentive dentist that cares about his patients. The whole staff always takes really good care of me.
