    As much as I hate to give chik fila a bad rating because as a whole, they are a wonderful fast food chain, I simply cannot let this to continue to slide. As much as I care, this specific chik fila just doesn’t get it. I have complained numerous amounts of times regarding the portion of serving that is been given on several orders. This includes the Mac and cheese and French fries. I would not spend 20 minutes to write a review over a $2-$3 dollar item. There has to be a practice at this specific location that the serving of these items should only be 2/3rds full. The picture attached is the complete truth and honesty of what is served. This is a management issue that has clearly not been addressed after numerous complaints. This is a clear indication the management team is after profits or there is no attention to detail in training the kitchen . I do not except fries to be falling onto the street as the order is handed to me in the drive thru, however missing 1/3rd is unacceptable. Chik fila is a “Christian based company” but this location has mastered “theft” from its customer base. This has become unacceptable. I cannot continue to inform management upon every other visit. My next step is to send a video of the meal being handed to me to corporate they can see no alteration has been done to the servings portion. I am hoping management sees this review and begins to truly care about the customer serving rather than profit margin held back from consistent under serving customers after thousands of transactions. This location in Columbia needs to be investigated.

    They are temporarily under construction and not open. The old store was torn down to put in a bigger one to accommodate the area. So please be patient while the new store is being built. The new one should be up and running soon.

    Quality today not so great. Fries were a bit limp and call me crazy but I want full pieces of fries, not the little bits.. Annnnnnnd we got zero sauces... Definitely disappointed.

    I ordered on Door Dash and didn't receive my full order. I immediately called the store and Mr. Jeffcoat fixed it right away. He even delivered the rest of my order himself and gave us two free cookies for the inconvenience. He went above and beyond. My kids and I love this place. Best chicken nuggets around and the staff are always pleasant.

    Zashia is super sweet. The line was at a stand still but we didn’t care. Very comical and seems to really enjoy her job as did everyone else running the drive through. A pleasure as always.

    I ordered an 8 count nugget meal through Door Dash from the Harbison location today. The bag was sealed, as always, from Door Dash and the nugget pack was closed. I started to eat the nuggets and a large bug was on the nugget. See attached picture. I tried to call the restaurant directly and was placed on hold and nobody ever came to the phone. I filed a complaint through Door Dash, however, this is not their issue since the bag was sealed. Absolutely disgusting.

    Getting in and out can be a nightmare, but it's no fault of the staff, so I won't hold it against them. Food was hot and fresh, order was accurate, and the staff knows the menu well enough to know that when I say "Honey smoked mustard" I mean "honey roasted BBQ", though I can't ever remember what it's called when I'm ordering. Great food and respectful staff!

    Crazy packed but had trouble placing our online order. Took forever to get food from the inside. We figured it was faster than the drive-through. Ordered large meals and all the boxes were half full of fries. No straws or forks for drinks or Mac and cheese as you have to pick up from outside and can't go in.

    We're from out of town. Your access is ridiculous from the road. Your dine-in is STILL not open? Your signage is awful. Circled the drive thru twice. You do not have a fast enough drive thru. You had ONE worker passing out food. Drove to the mall, got food in no time. Love CFA, but this location needs an upgrade.

    I hate to do this because it used to be so good until it was rebuilt. I can't even ask for a refund because I wasn't given a receipt. This is the second issue in a little over a week. Last week I got a cob salad. I get home and it is a mixture of multiple salads. I don't know how that happened but it had beans, fruit, corn, and other random toppings inside. I let it go because it wasn't worth the hassle. Today I go through and get another cobb salad.... surely it would be fine. I got extra chicken. I get it and no extra chicken. I took it inside and they took the salad back and sent it over the counter to be fixed (which I thought they couldn't take it back over the counter). I get it back and get home and the cobb salad is literally chicken, lettuce, and two tomatoes. No toppings, no cheese, no bacon, no eggs. I asked for no dressing so that was the only correct thing. The other salad I got for someone else was fine other than no packet toppings. I'm over it. I've been pulled up for up to 15 mins several times for simple orders and have had rubbery chicken several times as well. I'll drive to Ballentine from now on and hope it's still as good.

    We ordered a large vanilla ice cream in a large cup with extra chocolate & a chocolate shake. Got to the window & we were told they do not serve a large ice cream we said keep the ice cream we didn’t want a small ice cream we were not offered our money back. Pulled away from the window & started to drink the chocolate shake it was sour. We tried to call them & there was no answer. The bathroom stunk. Worst Chick Fil a ever.

    We were in and out I believe within 10 minutes. The line was backed up to the entrance of the drive through and there was 2 attendants taking orders from both lines. I think that was the fastest drive through I’ve ever been in.

    The food is almost always fresh here, when there is an issue they rectify the situation right there. Last month they forgot to put a sauce in my bag. The worker ran to my car at the light to make sure I had it before I left (I thought this only happened in skits). The customer service here is amazing.

    Fresh, fast Chick-fil-A can't be beat! ♥️ Very busy location near very busy intersection. Close to the highway and mall. Newer store built in 2023. Parking is free. Parking lot is a bit tight and small. Clean bathrooms.

    Always love Chickfila. This one got an overhaul and is finally back open. They have been getting people in and out of the drive thru quickly. I love the new setup and I feel the parking lot is well designed!

    Normally, I don't eat out at most fast food places; I made an exception to get a gift card requested by a friend of a friend as a birthday gift. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt inside the restaurant and decided to try a frozen lemonade. This one visit changed my perspective on Chick-fil-A. Their service was amazing as I had been told, the drink was also delicious, so much so, that I could hardly wait to come and get another one. So a few days later, I took the kids and we sat inside together and ate dinner. The atmosphere was accepting and tolerant of children, which is a big deal for me, as most restaurants treat children like second class citizens. Chick-fil-A made us feel like we were at home with a good meal and the joy of not doing dishes. I'm so glad I changed my mind.

    Stop here on the way to myrtle beach got our food supper fast but order there watermelon mint tea and never got it. Waited ten min and even asked Rachel that took my order if it was coming and she never tried to get it for me just walked away and no one else said anything to me. Definitely won’t be back at this location… never even received my drink

    Stuff is very friendly and cultural, we got our order 30 seconds after we paid for it. The food was great, fresh and hot. The place is clean.

    Cashier was very friendly. Getting in & out of this location was a nightmare. The traffic light has no turn signal so you are relying on the intersection staying unblocked to get into the lot. My order was entered incorrectly & I did not notice until I arrived at my destination it was wrong. Food was hot though.

    I certainly can't blame the business for the abundance of customers wrapped around the building. I wish coporate would allow the dining room to open again. In spite of having to wait longer than usual, the food is always delicious and I've never had any problems with any of my orders. Even if something was forgotten, I can't get mad. Alot of these workers are very young and this very well may be their first job, on top of that they are dealing with a high volume of customers daily. Thanks for all your hard work guys!

    Kind and helpful, with good food, but at 1PM, the line was long and not especially efficient. But that's the only complaint. With a family of 6, they also got our whole order right - something that is rare with fast food during the age of COVID

    This Chick-fill-A was the best one in Columbia. Always clean, and people that worked there were quite efficient. Unfortunately, the last two times we drove through, the chicken strips and nuggets were completely burned. We could not eat any of them.

    I give this location 4 stars, because it's in the worst possible place ever, and causes unnecessary traffic at the worst times. The staff is incredibly great though, especially Marie, who usually works thr mobile order station. She is an amazing representation of the company, and Chick-fil-A is extremely lucky to have her as an employee.

    Chick-fil-A never disappoints! Even when the drive thru is wrapped around the building they manage to provide speedy service with the quality that always meets my expectations! They even gave my pup a pup cup which he absolutely loved! Definitely a great choice for a tasty meal on the go.
