    My elderly parents bought a refrigerator at lowes never again will my family go there. The refrigerator was delivered they were supposed to take the old one and move the one they replaced down in the cellar well that didn't happen.. The driver didn't speak English? Left the refrigerator outside supposed to rain didn't take the old one . My father on the phone on hold for more than a hour. Not acceptable this is how they treat the elderly? Or just bad service to everyone! So now the compressor has broken on the new refrigerator. They won't give them a new one they are going to fix it. Give them a new refrigerator this is the worst company ever don't buy anything at Lowes

    Huge store! Lowe's usually are. I found what I was looking for and they had a good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Large selection of home goods, carpeting, wood panel, flooring, tools, appliances and seasonal items. Lawn mowers available now. Facemasks required to enter store. Hand 🧤 sanitizer available. I recommend this Lowe's.

    The managers here are always very helpful. Nick personally picked up a chainsaw for me on his own time at a different location and brought to the store for me. People like to use this platform to complain but I want to commend THIS particular management for their appreciated hard work!!!

    Seabrook, One of the better looking Lowes I've been in lately, Floors were cleaned and shelves looked filled with stock. It's an attribute to management and service personal.

    Love the military discount. However, Lowes return policy is broken, 30 days to return a good working product is ridiculous. Sometimes projects take time to complete. Should be at least a 90 day return policy.

    Staff was great, very helpful. The guy that helped me out self check out was awesome. Would have been better if there was someone checking people out at the main part of the store and not just in the garden center. There was a line for self checkout, not the staff fault. Overall everybody went out of their way to help us. Thank you for a great Sunday.

    Had issues with an order on a washer and dryer and went to this location to reschedule. Apparently they took the money from the purchase and put it on a gift card to place a new order and now it's been 3 weeks and I absolutely cannot get a refund. Everyone I speak to on the phone assures me they will help me get a refund but then it never goes anywhere. I will absolutely never shop at Lowes again.

    We drove a distance to get something only this location had some leftover stock of. Beth in flooring was SUPER helpful on the phone in finding what we were looking for and calling back to confirm it was there before we left. Everyone else in the store was friendly and the kids were given something to build at home while we waited in the checkout.

    Well, I went in to buy a microwave. I went here because this place had a direct replacement for the model that I previously had. The man refused to sell it to me. He said I could wait around for over an hour until he was done helping other customers or order it online. I ordered it in line. It came when expected but, it wasn’t what I ordered. It was close. Very close and, I believe, even the next model up. And it fit the space where it needed to go. However, since it was not the same Model, I couldn’t reuse the old hardware or mounting holes. So, we called the store to see about getting it installed. I did not order installation initially as it was, as we remember, supposed to be the exact same brand and model as we removed. The store gave us a customer service number to call. We did. We weren’t allowed to talk to any one. We had to leave out Name and number wit the robot m. Twenty min later the robot called us back and asked if we wanted to talk to a human. We did. We were connected. We explained the situation to the human who then put us on hold for over 25 min. The first words out of her mouth were “unfortunately” and then a bunch of other words. They refused to set up an installation. They told us to call the store. The same store that had already told us to call the unfortunate robot number. So, we called the store. After a lot of pressing “1” and other stuff we got ahold of a person in the appliance section. Nice guy. Told me to go f myself. No, not exactly. He told me that if I wanted to take a day off of work sometime, in a week or so, some one could come out and install it. But I had to come into the store, where I was when this all started, to sign the authorization paper that I apparently would NOT have had to sign if I had selected the “have it installed “ option on the online order form, which I would have done had I known that they were going to send the wrong thing. Unwilling to cost my family hundred of dollars in lost wages, I said “never mind, I’ll just bring it back”. Negative. Lowe’s REFUSED to take the return since I had had it delivered. Of course, if I wanted to take the day off, in a week or so, they would send the truck around to pick it up. So, now I have the wrong thing, that I can’t get rid of or get installed, not by Lowe’s anyway.
