Very pleasant little trail around a small lake. Tucked away from the city center, it would not be possible to realize it is there without knowing it... We only went around that trail but there seemed to be a bunch more in the forest around lake. Highly recommend to take a stroll in a quiet place. Your pet or kid will also enjoy the nice little crowd of ducks. 😅

We were 4 old friends catching up on our lives and looked for a park where we could hang out. Coggshall Park came up. We went and were thrilled with it's beauty & calm, woodsy surroundings. There's a kids park with benches and there are benches and a few picnic tables around a very lovely pond with ducks & geese. We sat in an area over the restrooms where it's open, but under cover with beautiful views.

I’ve been going to the park for about 12 years now. It really hasn’t changed but it is an absolutely beautiful park to visit and it’s a thrill to visit in each and every single season. Spring is personally my favorite second to winter. There’s a playground for kids to play in and there’s an entire forest walking area marked with red dots on trees. Just follow the red dots and enjoy.

I've lived here most of my life. I've been at the park many times. I never have hiked the many trails until this year. The laurels are currently in bloom. Totally worth it.

Great woodsy park for hiking, but very isolated so bring a friend along for company. Has a small lake to can hike around thru the Gingerbread Forest, as I call it. Really nice hike but can be treacherous so wear good shoes

Tons of hidden treasures the playground has diggers, little animal structures, swings and slides. The lady bug statue is hidden just behind the playground. The ducks are still out. Such a beautiful environment

A neat park with spectacular views. There is parking options inside and outside of the park. If you want to see the lake without walking too much, go park inside but beware they lock the gates at 3.45pm. There are restrooms, paths, playground, bbq. Also, fishing is not permitted.

Beautiful quiet trail around the lake. There is a stone amphitheater on the lake that was neat to look at and a stone table we happened upon. We didn’t get to learn anything about these features as we didn’t see signs, but it made for a nice walk.

Since 20 years ago this park has greatly improved. The facilities are cleaner and well maintained, the water is clearer, more diverse wildlife. However it still suffers from those who ruin a good thing. People still feed the wildlife, don't take care of their trash/pet waste, and fish when its prohibited. If you visit the park please be respectfull and responsible.

Awesome park. They have great walking trails, a play yard, and ducks to watch. You can rent their stone house for events or their gazebo.

This Disc Golf course is beautiful and it's nestled on a mountain side, get ready for a hike if you decide to go and play this course.

Great little park. Some easy quick trails and some others a little longer too. Not typically crowded outside of the main parking area either which is nice. Minus one star for limited hours - it only opens at 9AM and closes as early as 3:45PM during winter, 5:45PM for spring and fall, and 7:45PM during (most) of summer. They shut half the entry gate an hour before close to discourage people from entering too, despite the main loop around the pond taking just 15-20 minutes to finish. And sometimes the park has been closed during normal hours without explanation which is a shame.

Beautiful old park on Mirror Lake, with a stone building and a gazebo that sits out on the lake. Behind the gazebo, is a circular stone seating area (much like a amphitheater), perfect for a small wedding or musical event. Incredible stonework throughout the park, made possible by the WPA (one of President Roosevelt's, New Deal Program's). Enjoy.
