I've been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings since it first opened in 2016. Every Thursday my friends and I would go in for the boneless wing meal, have a couple brews and watch whatever games were on. We did this almost religiously on and off for the past couple of years. The experiences were usually just alright and I would have given 3 stars on average for the experiences back then. The sad state that the Burlington Buffalo Wild Wings location is in might as well be zero stars. Long waits with dirty empty tables everywhere. When seated, you could easily be waiting 15-20 minutes before someone even makes eye contact with you. My god, the wait times. I never knew when I'd be able to flag down our waiter/waitress next. Food quality will vary, but good luck getting your waitress or on-duty manager to get anything done about it. Now, the service was obviously struggling from morale and staff shortages, but discussions with employees really set the record straight that corporate was to blame for the Burlington location's failure. In December, my friends and I had some of the worst restaurant experiences of our life here. Within the past month or two, they have lost almost all of their talent. There is nothing left that's redeemable here. We truly have no reason to want to return back ever which is unfortunate due to the convenient location. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Buffalo Wild Wings location - this one is beyond help at this point.

When they get it right, this restaurant can be great, however, they’ve been plagued with problems recently. I’ve been a long time customer and have taken my entire family here on several occasions, usually for take out. Whenever you call to order (because the app and website NEVER work), be prepared to call 15 times in a row before someone answers. The phone only rings for 1 minute before it auto-hangs up on you, forcing you to call again. One night I called 15 times (not an exaggeration) before someone answered. Then when you go to pick up the food, be prepared to wait in the lobby for another 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges your presence. It seems like this restaurant is poorly run and seems very short staffed. You could go on a Tuesday night where it’s dead and get the same experience. Several times leaving the restaurant, our order has been wrong (despite them ‘checking off’ that each item was present and accounted for), so we’ve had to physically check everything before leaving the restaurant. There was this extremely friendly and helpful cashier that I believe became a manager that was so professional and caring, however, when she’s not there, the experience is lackluster and no one seems to care. I get it’s a chain restaurant but they need to fix the app, fix the website, and answer the damn phone when customers call. My dad has sworn them off and has vowed to not return. If their mango habanero wings weren’t so good, I’d probably do the same.

Avoid at all costs. 5 of us in there if that, no urgency at all in the two servers/bartenders and my food was messed up. The waitress and bartenders were nice but should not work in the food industry with no urgency unless they want no money. I would shut this place down ASAP. Not worth keeping around

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Took my bf here for the first time today 9-10-22 and we waited a good 10 minutes before we even got greeted. When we did they said they had to check with the kitchen to see if we can be seated and the place was empty. We went to The Chateau and had a much better time. Do better BWW!

Despite being short staffed (one cook and one waitress), the food came out in 15 minutes, my drink was filled as soon as it was empty. We’ve been coming here regularly for the last 2 years and yes sometimes the service is shifty but the food is always on point. Now we drive 45 minutes to eat here and I was surprised by all the negative reviews because we had a completely different experience. Maybe sitting at the bar helps. Either way, patience is key. They are all trying their best and it shows. No complaints.

Absolute disappointment. I can't begin to understand how a place like this stays in business. I've ran businesses my whole life, either as an owner or most recent an AGM and this location is clearly lacking good management. I'd like to rate the food, but we were never even sat down to order. Family of 4, we walked in at 9:10pm, sign on door read, temporary hours, closing at 10. We stood at the host desk while staff walked by and 1 even put menus back in the side slot only to be told by a server I stopped at 9:15 that " due to being under staffed, they were closed and no longer seating". My response was, your sign says 10 and it's 45 minutes from now, we've been waiting 5 minutes, there's barely anyone in here and you really can't sit us?.. "no, sorry". My one kid was disappointed, but what can you do if a place doesn't want your business you go somewhere that does, so we ended up next door at the Yard House, right next door, and they were packed. You can read my review about that completely different experience.

I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location is always a supreme disappointment. I'm not sure why I keep coming back here. I haven't been happy with a single order we've gotten from here. Maybe it's better for dine in, but I would not recommend getting takeout from here. Primary Issues from the past 3 visits 6/4/2022 - They forgot a side of fries and a bottle of sauce, we stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone addressed us (plenty of staff walked by, but I'm sure it wasn't their responsibility to handle the takeout counter) 9/05/2022 - Again, they forgot a side of fries. It took 15 minutes of standing at the counter (there was even a guy ahead of us waiting for longer) before the manager came over to handle the takeout counter. 11/23/2022 - They forgot a large side of fries this time. After 10 minutes of waiting, my S/O leaned over the counter and got our food. I got 10 wings and there might have been a tablespoon of sauce used for all of them. Driest wings I've ever gotten. (see pictures of my S/O's Honey BBQ bird "dawgs" and my wings)

I was skeptical given all the negative reviews this place has. From my experience, I can confirm a few… let’s get into it. #1 - Food tastes decent “if” served hot, both our burgers were cold, fortunately it was a take out so we just warmed it up in the oven. Onion rings and boneless wings(original Buffalo sauce) were really good. The fries were stone cold, had to revive them in the oven, nothing spectacular, pretty average. Celery and carrots were not fresh at all. #2 - Don’t wait for the staff to check on you, if you ask them proactively about your order they will immediately help you. The lady who I asked was infact very sweet and helped me promptly. #3 - they did not miss out any of my items, so no complaints on that front. The ambiance is pretty good, also there is a ton of seating options, including a bar area. There is lots of parking available. Might dine in during a football / basketball game to see it on a big screen but not for the food alone.

This is a five star dining establishment, the food was delectable and I would certainly frequent this joint with my fellow gentlemen again. The ambiance was wonderful and the screens were endless. This is a must visit if you are in the Burlington area.

Horrendous. All the recent 1 star reviews are spot on accurate. This place has fallen hard and fast from what it once was. A bad experience all around. Long wait times to get seated and to get served food even though the place was a ghost town. Wings were not tossed in sauce but just lightly poured on. Chicken had a gooey texture and both my friend and I couldn't finish our food because we felt sick. There were crayon scribbles all over the booth and no attempt to clean it. The place is in disarray and is very clearly on the short track to failure. Either new management needs to whip this place into shape or it won't last. A real shame since I've been coming here for years and it's been good in the past but after tonight I will not be returning to this location ever again.

I got food poisoning... The place was pretty cosy(not very but it was ok) and and there where barely any people there at all. the service was great, the staff was very nice. The over all was not good but I know that's just my personal preference(the fries where amazing tho) but me and my sister shared one plate of classic buffalo boneless wings and one garlic parmesan and we both got food poisoning, we might have just been unlucky but still.

Went there on Saturday evening. The place was dead. Almost everything on tap was "empty". the only thing they had was Sam October. There were probably only about 4 servers total. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fries and wings. Every sauce that we chose wasn't good. ( orange chicken, bullet bourbon, garlic Parmesan) way too salty. The mozzarella sticks and fries came out 20 minutes before the wings. I will never go back to this location

Came here and service was poor from the get go, slow to be seated and after a good 10 minutes of waiting for a waiter to come with sauce covered menus…what seems to be the manager finally came over and told us he can’t find our server…strange…seems like the manager wasn’t managing…but ok whatever…he then very unenthusiastically took our order and CLEARLY didn’t even know his own menu. Just very poor experience service wise and snail speed turnaround time. And they even managed to mess up our food too so I had to eat my food while my husband was waiting for his to be fixed. Management needs to be more present he passed our table MULTIPLE TIMES before even addressing us and saw we had empty cups and offered no assistance and I saw him chewing food while walking around the restaurant. And did not say anything about messing up our food when HE was the one who took our order. Our service was 100% a reflection of poor management.

very bad hospitality, After 4 people entered the restaurant, we asked a question to the middle-aged white-haired woman working there. She responded by scolding us. When we asked the question again, she increased the severity of her scolding. The manager came and calmly answered our question.. The food may be good, but I don't think I'll come back again. It is necessary for her to take training in customer relations.

Oh how the great have fallen. This was my first time here since about 2019. Here's how things stand now: boneless chicken "wings" are each about the size of a cherry tomato. I almost laughed when they brought them out to us. Mostly crusty breading and dripping in sauce - very little actual chicken. Fries are dry, tough, and flavorless. There were about 3 servers and one hostess during prime time Friday night - long wait times both to be seated and to be served. Prepare for disappointment if you go here. Plenty of TVs, though, if you're trying to catch the game. Hopefully it can distract you from the service and food.

It was surprisingly calm for a bww! They messed up our order but they were upfront about it and made amends quickly. Wings were good as always. Tried the Mac and cheese for the first time and that was good as well. Clean place and friendly staff.

Great wings, but it takes a long time to be seated and get the food. The Hawaiian wings are my favorite! They have the choice between dry and sauce, the sauce is the best.

Love it here usually never disappoints, but today got a take out order, ordered pretzel bites. The cheese they gave me was clearly old, don’t know how they didn’t see that when pooring it into the container. It was watery curdled and smelled god awful. Hope they didn’t feed this to anyone else and I’m glad I noticed before biting into it.
