I like this store u can find some good food n items for household n more etc I went in n brought a phone charger n only paid 2.00 down from 4.99 not bad sign up at the register with your phone savings discounts u would love blessings!

Great place to shop for quality, variety, and affordability. Additionally, they have a great spices department.

Now this is a good place to go to they have a lot of things and very good prices but you must take your time and really look at everything good and decide what you want

Wonderful. Pleasant people. Clean and great stock. My favorite job lot even though it's far from my house. Much better than norwood and dedham.

I normally shop at the East Bridgewater OSJL. The Brockton store was a refreshing change of pace. It's a bigger store but carries the same basic items as the EB store. The layout was also familiar. I found everything I was looking for....and more, as usual. The staff was polite and helpful. We weren't able to access my Crazy Deal credit which was disappointing. I'll have to check when I get home. Parking was plentiful the store was easy to find. If you know where the old Brockton ToysRUs was, you can find the store.

They make my wife come to the shop 3 times for a tire replacement. First, we don't have that tire in store even though her name is their system, and she bought those tire from them. Second, they changed the tire but couldn't do the alignment. Third, she had to back the next day just for alignment. Not good service at all.

Great store. Have food from Europe. Especially from Poland such as soup and great salads to chocolate and sweets. That is main reason why I like that store plus sometime they have good deals and they take food stamps too.

Helpful staff with old-time general store feel. Love the organization of items and the inventory.

I guess I accidentally left a two-star review let me update it to 5 stars .I shop Ocean State all the time .The ship to store options are easy. The managers at the Brockton store have been very helpful to me with looking up items or replacing items etc etc. Free after rebate , is fantastic maybe too good to be true. I do worry about stores closing and holding a lot of unused credit.

Always have cool foods and low prices on most products. Usually stuff from unknown brands and looks like a lot of brand closeouts and discontinued products. They never open enough registers and the checkout lines can be very long. Sometimes only one when they have 15 people wanting to checkout. Not many employees on the floor if you need help. The Store can be messy and unorganized. Shelves messy and mixed up. Floors could use a good sweeping.

Bargains bargains bargains bargains bargains. Not to mention the you can shop for free option on selective items put the cash pay back for the dollar amount you spend.

I genuinely have never been disappointed with job lot. But today I was disappointed the one item perfectly match for a housewarming gift, the length, the color that I needed. The packaging was damage the hardware was in disarray the box torn taped and I requested a small discount. Not even a 10% discount, the store manager Mark was not rude but uncaring, just well either you want it or you don’t because everything is there. If someone wants to give this item as a gift the packaging is not presentable, I was stunned. Is this a normal practice? Not even give a 10% discount was very disappointing, it was the last item, the right color and right length so I paid full price for it. It really is the principle behind good customer service and presentation. The take it or leave it attitude, wow, what a disappointment today and I felt that I needed to share that. Other that, take it or leave it. It wasn’t expensive it was the principal and his nonchalant attitude.

I love the store but the Customer Service is terrible in my opinion, especially when asking for help locating an item, never enough registers open. The store itself is great, the environment not so much.

If you recall toys r u in Brockton that's where this is located now. Same set up as similar stores, staff was a younger crowd but I was very pleased when I came in that a cashier gave a suggestion on how change something and the supervisor was very open to it asking them to physically show them what they mean so they can ask someone else if it's possible. -large parking lot -many shopping carts -clean building -freezing bathroom

Good dealS, but get there early in the week. Some sales "SELL OUT FAST"

It's nice to buy an entire cart-full of stuff for less than $100.

Ocean state always has something you need. There are many cooking oils to choose from. Their garden and seed selection is fun to explore. I can wait to plant my seeds this spring.

Pretty stock, enough supplies and very fair prices, cleanliness of the places is good, customer service is not bad, is just nothing above and beyond.

It was a quick visit, but they had everything I wanted. I go for the birdseed ,usually. I also get a lot ot of cleaning supplies here. This location was clean. Hardly any line. Friendly staff. I'm sure I'll be back regularly.

I love this store! Always has so much in stock. Always as neat as they possibly can keep it. The reason for 3 stars is there's only one way in and one way out! I mean in this day and age, SERIOUSLY???

I love this store if you have a pool this is the place to go shock 4 pack liquid 20 bucks can’t beat that, clarifier 5 bucks I seen at pool store for 25 bucks craziness. I got my pool robot from here 250 plus 250 crazy bucks seen same robot for 800 at a pool store. I also buy gardening items from the store and stuff to upgrade my backyard tiki torches, lights, chair shovel ad hedge trimmers. This place is fantastic I got my gazebo tent from here and the net to keep bugs away, also got crazy bucks for that going to use that to buy new grill soon they great propane grills wish they had more options for charcoal grills but can’t get everything.
