I love this store so much! The workers are very friendly and helpful. They truly make you feel like you are their number one priority. They have this employee name Oben Jean-Phillipe, 6'2, who was so welcoming and charismatic. He was able to deal with me, because at times I am very indecisive, and helped me pick out the perfect gift for my sister. This store is lucky to have a young man with such life and welcoming personality.

I'm always in this store it's the perfect place to buy good jewelry for anyone important in your life, the store is great and recently it has become even better they have just hired a new employee named Oben he is a very helpful sales man and very polite not only that but he has a great sense of style helping me pick up great new watches for my collection. We have been customer's of Kay Jewelers for many years. We like to only work with Jean Gilot. He sold my husband my engagement ring (in 2015).He spent hours with us, helping us look for exactly what I wanted. He is extremely dedicated to pleasing his customers. So much so that when he was transferred from a store in the Salem Mall we followed him over to Kay's in the Burlington Mall because we knew we would get the best service working with him. Over the years we have purchased many beautiful pieces from Kay Jewelers, but what keeps up coming back is Jean Gilot's impeccable attention to our needs. He is friendly, kind and a pleasure to work with! Thank you!!

I bought a set with ring, earrings and necklace. First I went to resize my ring and they tried to charge me again but I told them that I bought with the forever resize. After I went to pick my ring up and they never open the store for me. Never buying anything at this store. Bad management, bad costumer service. Look different locations but not come to Burlington Mall.

Got an engagement ring here and spent close to $10k. The stone fell out after a year and it's going to take 2 months to replace it. Paid for a warranty on the ring but am going to have to pay for another warranty because the first ring's stone fell out and it doesn't cover the second stone. Also got charged an extra $2500 in interest that should have never been applied to my account due to a promotion and they refuse to remove it. Find another jeweler.

This particular location is awesome. My wife and I had vague ideas of what kinds of wedding bands we were looking for, and Theresa and Colleen were able to help us pick out the right rings for us within our budget. We're completely happy with our purchase, and if you get to work with either Theresa or Colleen, consider yourself lucky.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience today at Kay Jewelers @ the Burlington Mall. They have a new manager and helpful staff. Right now the are running an early Black Friday sale that is worth the visit!

Had an incredible experience at this Kay Jeweler's location. I initially dealt with Crystal but also had a great experience with the Assistant manager as well (I forgot her name 😞) My partner and I came here just to shop and pick out a ring (we wanted matching rings) and neither of us felt any type of pressure to buy anything. In fact, the first 2 times I went Crystal and the AM told me about upcoming sales and suggested I waited until they start to complete the purchase. Yesterday I went to complete the purchase and Crystal hooked me up with 25% off and 12 month interest free financing! They were also very knowledgeable about the jewelry and the types of services they offer. Tremendously personable! I walked through the mall with a smile from ear to ear. Proposing is such a special/overwhelming event and the employees at Kay Jewelers at the Burlington Mall made the process an absolute pleasure. Thanks so much ladies!!!

Sold me a pair of defective earrings and charge me a warranty plan without my consent had for a month and it became loose and lost. Kays could not do anything. Never buy from here again

Honestly in love with this jewelry store. The sales staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. One associate, who's name I believe is Oben did a wonderful job helping me choose a birthday gift for my mother. When I explained to him what piece I was looking for, he suggested a few that truly embodied what I wanted. My mother is very happy with her gift and I honestly have Oben to thank for that! A wonderful experience and a repeat customer for sure.

Experts in the auto rip off when to exchange a piece they refuse to apply the credit from the tax Only give me credit for the pretax price even though I paid tax!!!

Never I felt really appreciated always rushed and left very uncomfortable because I had to make a quick decisions.when i had jewelry to be fix under my warranty is was done wrong and it was said to me nothing they could do... that was over Rockingham store This time i went to the Burlington Mall, I got Cristal.. assistance manager was above and beyond she was committed, friendly made the whole experience very comfortable she is very customer focus she seems to really like her job and has a great personally to be a great customer service person. thank you Crystal it was a pleasure doing business with you

Lauren! Lauren! Lauren! Truly one of the best in the business. My family and I have continued to see her for almost 2 decades, and six different store later. Why you ask? In a field of sales, this is one of the most honest people you”ll ever meet. From finding the right piece, whether its in the store, a custom piece, or ordering it from the warehouse, Lauren will find a way to get it done and make sure each customer gets what they want. Honestly I haven’t shopped at another jewelry store because of her, she has set the gold standard for what a sales person should be, not only in jewelry but sales and customer service in general.

Andréa was super helpful in finding me the perfect anniversary gift! Deciding on the right piece can be stressful and she made the entire process really fun and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back to shop with her again!

Excellent customer service from Susanne. Her welcome smiles were touchy and her grasp of the subjects was awesome. She professionally made the best of explaining every aspect of the transaction and made a lasting impression on me. Evidently I will reach out to my friends and colleagues to visit the store and I know they will be impressed thereafter. Patrick is the best. He gets to know his customers and what they like. He communicates with his customers as he known you forever. I even followed him from Cambridge to Burlington. He that good at his job. A friend for the rest of the jewelry I will definitely be back to buy. Great guy!
