Not recommended with Children under 12 years of age!!! This is an amazing place to spend a wonderful vacation for adults. The food is delicious, the service is professional, the beach is perfect, the water park and the amusement park were really something and there is so much more you can do to release stress, relax and have a fun time. With children though: If your children are not yet 140 cm tall, they are excluded from many major fun activities. And you will have to deal with your bored little ones all day long, which isn’t very relaxing. If you have a promised money voucher, be aware of what you may do with it and what not. Which nobody told us when we booked our rooms. Many offers are excluded from coverage of the voucher. And it somehow felt like the staff may decide on whatever you may order with it then and there. We still had a great time in Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang and we appreciate the kindness of the staff a lot. Thanks for everything.

The beach in front of Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay is STUNNING! Water is clean and sand is so soft! There are also multiple pools to enjoy! We also visited VinWonders which was fun, found 1 day to be perfect amount of time spent at VinWonders

While the facilities are a bit outdated, the services are excellent. Staffs are really passionated and went all the way to make us feel home. A gardener chopped off some coconuts from our villa and gave them to us without us asking anything. That alone is worth a 5 star!

Beautiful resort! Stayed here with my family for 2 nights and it was impeccable. We stayed in a villa which was right at the beach so we could walk there from our back yard. Everything was spacious. Our room came with entry to vinwonders which the buggies would take us there. The buffet that we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing ! They had rotating food and Vietnamese speciality cuisine. We also had some type of voucher to use so we used it on cakes and drinks! Would stay again :)

The villa house I booked, complete with a pool by the beach, provides an excellent stay. The attractions are impeccable, the rides are well-maintained and function smoothly, and both the park and hotel offer professional services that enhance the overall experience. I will definitely recommend this destination to my friends without hesitation.

Excellent place to stay. We booked for the 3 bed room Villa, room is very nice and worth for your money. Service is very good. Breakfast is also good, many lines for food and taste also good. Happy to be here for family vacation

One of the nicest and most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. I’ve been fortunate to have traveled a lot and I can’t recall any room view I’ve ever had better than the one you get here. And the entire resort - restaurants, pool, beach - is immaculate.

We spend a night in this hotel. It was very impressive, warm welcome and also clean. Room service also good and all the staffs are very nice and humble. Love this, gonna be back here for sure.

It's a good resort. Please try for staying for a few days. U could enjoy all things there. If u plan to go Vinwonders, it would be a nice choice. U can step by Vinwonders anytime. But the restaurants around this resort isn't good though, specially Lotteria is the most terrible one ever in Vinwonders...it's totally different Lotteria. Besides this resort has a beautiful scenery and private beach. And the staffs are mostly kind and very helpful.

2Bed room villa was great. But I don’t recommend restaurants here. Dinner buffet wasn’t worth it. However there wasn’t not many options here. Staffs here were mostly professional and kind.

This is a wonderful resort with breathtaking views. Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights and our package included the Vinwonder theme park in which we could visit the park as many times as we desired. We enjoyed everything about this place including the food, the services and also the swimming pool. I highly recommend this place for a luxury stay at pocket friendly price.

The resort is on an island hence traveling is a bit troublesome. No problem with people who plan to stay on the island the whole time. The room is big with an amazing view (we chose the sea view room, there is a mountain view room as well). Service is good. Overall happy with my stay here

I have 3 nights stayed in Ocean Deluxe Room. This is the very first time I choose Vinpearl. Actually, I had a good time in here. Staff was very friendly and pro-active (most of all, I still see some person who does not pro-active as others). I am happy with the Room. It was nice enough and the view was very amazing. Also the room service also very good. The only 1 thing which take 1 start of me is about the Lagoon Restaurant. I had 2 times to eat in Lagoon. If I can rate for this restaurant only, I will rate 3 stars. Please see the picture I attached in the below. I choose the Seafood & Beef tray to try in the first night. However it was too bad as I expected. Seafood is not fresh, meat is residue. Other dishes was better. After the first night, I was ask to give the feedback directly to the restaurant (then they give me a form to fill in). I thought I won't comeback here. But there is no choice in here without transform to City so that why I still comeback in second night. But I made a better choice in next days. So, after all, I want to say thanks to Vinpearl. Except issue related with foods. I had a good time in here to enjoy. Staffs was so amazing if compared with some other resorts. I believe Vinpearl can improve day by day. Hope to meet all you guys again in the future. Thanks!

This is a beautiful resort with many facilities and activities available throughout the island. Staff and service were extremely professional, kind and welcoming. The villa I stayed in was clearly well-maintained and I noticed everything in public spaces of the park were always clean as well, it's amazing they do so in a resort of this size! Food generally speaking was great, although at times the all-you-can-eat was questionable, but it's somewhat expected as most buffets don't have the same quality of food as the actual restaurants. Spa was a nice experience as well. VinWonders was also fun and there was A LOT available here to do too. Definitely recommend staying with Vinpearl!

Vinpearl Nha Trang is an unforgettable awesome five-star experience for my whole family. The beautifule bean, the sand, the private swimming pool and breakfast buffets are so memorable. We love it and want to go back there someday, hopefully soon.

While the resort facilities are fantastic, the staff consistently left us feeling angered and perplexed. Time and time again, we watched as locals were offered preferential treatment. We were consistently made to wait while staff served local tourists at one occasion we had to wait 25 minutes for a ferry when a group of local tourists were immediately led onto a boat. Would be fine if staff were friendly but we both felt staff were rude and unwilling to find us a solution when asked. Would not visit again as I’m sure there are many other hotels were you receive adequate customer service for a lesser price

We met the kindest employee in the world. After check-in, my girlfriend suffered from severe abdominal pain, and the symptoms were so severe that we eventually decided to go to the Vinmec hospital. When I explained the situation to the front desk, they prepared a car and a speedboat so that we could ride right away. And surprisingly, manager Tuong Vi followed us to the hospital and guided us. Because we are weak in Vietnamese, she helped us communicate with hospital staffs and even bought us dinner as the treatment got longer. We could not enjoy the hotel and Vinwonders because of the hospital treatment, but she even offered us a late checkout so we could enjoy it more. We were greatly moved by her consideration, and very grateful to her, Tuong Vi.

The employess are so friendly! Infact, almost ecery of thwm in mainland congratulated me for the prize i got at a compatition that was hosted there. 5 star for rooms and location. Very nice view. But, 4 stars for service. The company should be more careful with insects in pools of tgw villa.

We stayed for 2 nights at the resort. Getting to the resort is quite complicated. We took a taxi to the VINPEARL GATE HARBOUR. There you check in to your hotel and they send you on a free speedboat to the island. There, you take a buggy to your hotel. It is all very easy but remember to go to the vinpearl speedboat. The cable car seems to have disappeared. The hotel was very nice, the food was quite overpriced but still good. The only negative would be the restaurant staff talking about customers in Vietnamese. It can be uncomfortable. Staff were also very rude and unhelpful at the front desk. As for Vinwonders Park, there is a buggy from the hotel to the park every 25 minutes.
