Prices are not the greatest but you can find great things for home improvement. However, I absolutely despise the staff's behavior towards their customers and this has definitely not been a one time experience with one employee. This rude attitude is definitely unacceptable (especially if they think they can talk rudely towards foreigners) and I do not care about the reasoning behind these ridiculous actions.

An ok+ experience. Nice staff, they have everything you need, you can borrow a car trailer for a day or two to get larger stuff home safely. Quite a lot of sales, great flowers and garden equipment, don't be afraid to ask if you have a problem/question. The only disadvantage is getting around in there, because it looks like a maze.

They are always so friendly

Fine choice but higher prices compared to Bauhaus, Hornbach and Baumax. Good for shopping garden stuff. I havent found a long metal ruller here though.

Always reliable. Obi is not the cheapest place, but they are there to save your home-improvement project on Sunday night with that one right-size screw that is missing. For that, they well deserve our business on other days.

It's convenient to have this store not far away from home, but if I lived further away, I would probably never go there: - even among OBIs (let alone other networks), this one is not the largest, - most goods are of just average quality, - some goods are of low quality, e. g. finding a wood beam which is at least remotely straight may be a challenge. On the upside, returning non used goods is as easy as 1-2-3.

Obi. Things for home. I like wide range of plants for home and garden. You can park here for 2 hours for free. Parking is big enough.

They still struggle with e-shop functionality: errors are often, and organization overall is kinda messy. Also looks like everybody have zivnostak now: the line inside a shop is like nothing is closed.

Fine selection of goods. Prices are rather high.

This is a store that knows no product experts. Basics questions my Czech-speaking friend about the basics of interior paint were met with a shrug. Complicated layout to the store and quite difficult to find items. Somewhat limited selection of herbs. Not foreigner friendly.
