I wasn't able to concentrate on choosing shoes, but only on my son, so that he wouldn't accidentally offend something there (he wanted to help and showed me the shoes, for example, or was swinging on the swinging toy outside). Another thing that annoyed me quite a bit was that when I didn't like the first choice of shoes for the younger one, the lady commented inappropriately. No one else seems to have had a problem with it. I would perhaps understand if I condemned the tenth shoe in a row, but the first?? In the end, the lady told me that I shouldn't even go in the summer, that there will be a vacation and something, that we will definitely last, but my son is already walking and needed shoes, so we didn't come anymore and I don't regret it at all. At least I found another store a little further away, where the selection is also great and the saleswoman is nice and helpful. To this day, I wonder where we are, that in many of our stores the customer is more accommodating and polite than the salesperson. I felt guilty for not having children who don't move and don't talk and for being annoying.

At the same time, I think that if it was just a sale, I would have gone home not only with caps, but also with boots. So we arrived a few months later, and she very willingly explained everything to me, gave me advice, showed me, and most importantly, calmly tried it out with our nervous guy, who laughed at it. I recommend the store wherever I go, and I always get positive feedback. But as you know, a hundred people have a hundred tastes. I will not go anywhere else for shoes.

She gave us perfect advice on the type of shoe for our daughter that suited her. I also appreciate the empathetic approach to my daughter (she only wanted shoes in girl's colors or shiny ones) and the effort to accommodate us as much as possible. Vyhodou obchudku je, že tu jinde boty nekoupíte a vybírat můžete na eshopu. Bohužel se nám už dvakrát (pokaždé) stalo, že dítě dostalo o číslo až dvě větší boty. Prvně starší paní dala o dvě čísla větší Dermary a dítě vypadalo jak kocour v botách, měl je dva roky! Teď pro změnu nám byly doporučeny obrovské sněhule, které nejdou nosit a padají z nohy. O správném nadměrku tu moc neví, změřenou nohu neřeší, doporučuji přeměrovat nohu a počítat si velikost správné boty. Za mě je toto místo vážně nouzovka, ale aspoň něco máme poblíž. Snad mají ostatní lepší zkušenost, já už to potřetí nerisknu.

Tragédie. Tento obchod dle chování obsluhujících prodavaček opravdu dětem nepatří, krom pár atrakcí před obchodem kdy máte ve finále problém dostat dítě do krámu! Zde se opravdu hodí přísloví, vrána k vráně sedá, tři prodavačky, které to fakt hodně "baví".. Pravda, náš dvouletý syn si dovolil strhnout dvě cedulky z bot, tak strašný prohřešek, že jsme museli vyslechnout pokárání.. Navíc velmi vyhraněné názory na obouvání dětí, které mě spíše jako zákazníka obtěžují, od tak direktivního a namyšleného podání paní prodavačky.

Jezdím sem nakupovat boty pro dceru. Personál mi vždycky perfektně poradí a s dětmi to umí. Vždycky si odvezu 2-3 boty, které mě stojí cca 1000 Kč. Pokud hledáte kvalitu a profesionální přístup, doporučuji tento obchod v Modřanech.
