I've been coming to this nail salon for about a year now since I moved to the area and my friend recommended this spot. Overall I can say that I have NEVER had a bad experience, from the receptionists to nails techs it's always amazing. I've tried a few different techs here but I can def say I have found my favorites. Lyly, for a great pedicure. She pays attention to detail and puts in workkkkk on your feet/toes. Victoria is probably one of the best at nails & designs that I have come across. The pictures attached are of my last set with her, granted this was about a week ago and I need to apply some cuticle oil but they look so amazing and I'm always obsessed. She is super sweet and nice and you can tell she loves doing nails. Overall 10/10!

Really wanted to like this salon as it was recommended by so many. I normally do my own nails but wanted to treat myself for my bachelorette trip. I asked for almond and the shape looked terrible. Asked a few times to shape them better but I think they ultimately got ruined when the top coat was put on in a rush. It looked very thick at the end resulting in crooked nails. I had one mail break a few days later and got it fixed but it was the wrong color and then a few more days later another nail broke. They didn’t even last 2 weeks. Also, paid extra for a manicure that took all of 2 minutes to do and didn’t make my nails look any better. Really disappointing considering I paid $73 with the tip included for this.

I've gone here for the past couple of months and always left very happy with my nails. I usually make my appointment with Victoria but have had other techs work on my nails as well like Amy and Cindy; everybody is great. There is clear communication and a pricing menu as well. I would recommend them for your manicures and pedicures.

Absolutely amazing. The ladies are all so sweet. They take time to assure you are comfortable. When it comes pedicures they take their time and really focus on what’s bothering you and they take extra time to make sure everything is done right. I definitely will be back and make this my place for nails and feet 🫶🏻

I had an appointment in Houston today and was really early. I found Soho and am just so happy I did. My nails and toes look fantastic. They were so nice and did an amazing job. I highly recommend them. Tina and Lilly did my nails and toes.

I’ve been here a few times and I honestly loved it to begin with. I drive 45 minutes to come to this particular location. I’m not someone who gets my nails done every 2 weeks. So, when I do go I expect to be happy with the results. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and I’m fully aware that it will not look exactly the same. I felt like I was being annoying to them when I said the color they gave me was too light. This is before application. And after seeing another color they offered did not match what I wanted, they continued to move forward and once again when I mentioned the color, the tech said it won’t always match the picture. So, because I felt they were annoyed and I’ve never had issues here, I trusted the process. I’m not confrontational and I will always pay for time and services.. in fact I even left a tip. Not what I would have left had I been happy, but something. I’ve never been more embarrassed with these nails and went to target to buy another color to paint over. I paid 80 dollars for light pink and silver French tip nails when I asked for a darker pink to white ombre. My fault because I think anyone else would have just said no and walked out or refused to pay. I am no longer a customer here but I would advise taking the time to listen to your customers.

Went in for a manicure and pedicure, for my manicure I showed the nail tech a photo of the design I wanted, she first consulted with her coworkers and told me it has to be shellac which I was fine with. The nail tech goes in with black shellac, and had it super thick on my nails (I though she was going to shave it down more) and then started to attempt the design that I showed her. After a while of trying to attempt the design instead of telling me that she couldn’t do the design. she went in the back and brings out nail polish ( at this point I had no clue what was going on ). Starts to insert sparkly nail polish on my nails. It’s cute but not the colors I wanted. My thing is they could’ve told me that they didn’t know how to do that design or wasn’t comfortable doing it, I would’ve been fine with that and went with something simple like gel nails or pick another design. instead I felt like I was left in the dark. Multiple times her coworkers came up to see the design I wanted and talking about it in their language. On top of that the shellac polish is too thick, I paid 75 dollars and it doesn’t look like I spent 75 dollars on it. This is my first time getting my nails done so I didn’t want to tell the nail tech anything because I have no experience in this and was trusting the process. The nail tech was very sweet but overall experience it wasn’t worth my time ( almost 2 hours) or money.

The ABSOLUTE BEST manicure/pedicure/massage combo in the world. Literally. We’ve tried them all!! Do not skimp. Come here when you want a full day spa experience in 90 minutes. Ask for the Deluxe Manicure and upgrade to the Ocean Jelly Pedicure and pay for the extra massage and bring cash for the tip because they are AMAZING! You are probably used to sitting for 3 hours to get an average pedicure! You will never go to another place! We drive over an hour twice a month just for this luxury!!
