Great Craft Beer bar. 60 beers on draft plus more. Our bartender Chris was so knowledgeable and helpful with our beer selections. Made sure we were going to be happy with our choices. Highly recommend.

Great local establishment with amazing staff, great drinks, and delicious food. Sit and have a drink or get some canned ones to go. Fresh food and local breweries are the best part.

This place is phenomenal!! Big open bar, huge selection of beer both on tap and in bottles. And the food is TO DIE FOR! see my pics for the Red Dragon Fries, octopus and shrimp campechana, Joe Pesci (Italian loaf), BFC sandwich and "Too tot to trot" burgers. Words fail me, this place is spectacular!

I met the owner of Thistle at an event and was intrigued by her story. I had lunch with a former work colleague here and I really enjoyed the environment and the food. I had the grilled cheese sandwich with truffle fries and both were very good.

I ordered the Nashville Chicken Sandwich with Truffle fries. One of the best executions of this sandwich and fry combo that I can remember. This place is a solid choice for a great sandwich and fries. Great beer selection of drafts that are hard to find. They have a beer fridge with high end bottles and cans for people looking for something off the beaten path. This is a great place to get a beer and a bar / pub meal.

I love the atmosphere of Thistle Draft, and the servers are always super nice. My issues lie w/ the time it takes to get the food, and the food quality. The restaurant was completely full for trivia, but it took an hour to get our food, 1 taco, and a hamburger. Our friends ordered at the same time, and didn't get their food until the last round, about 2 hours later. Also, when we ordered, they were already out of pork, a component of 2 menu items. To make matters worse, the taco was presented pretty lackluster, and the hamburger was tough from being overcooked and burnt on the outside. The patty was definitely a frozen pre-made patty, which I wouldn't expect for $15. We all thought many of the items were really high priced too, which I don't mind paying for if there is prompt service or high quality food. I know places get overwhelmed, but it just wasn't a good experience, and our group doesn't want to come back.

A cool place to hang out, have a bite to eat and wash it down with a WIDE selection of craft beer! The burgers are cooked perfectly and the wings are full of flavor. I also highly recommend you order the Truffle Fries- they're amazing!

We came in after a rough dinner experience somewhere else. Annette quickly brightened our mood with her friendly personality and extensive knowledge. She and Hannah are amazing! The beer selection is awesome and I love the energy of this place. We will be back soon!
