My mother was referred to this facility for physical therapy. Other than the 30 minutes for therapy, she was left in her room the rest of the time. They did not even get her out of bed to use the bathroom. She is left in a filthy diaper all night. None of the staff departments talk with one another, so no one knows what is going on. Complete disorganization. It is amazing how well they responded when my brother went up there to personally talk to the entire staff. Addition - Now I receive a letter from a debt collector stating I owe them money that they never billed me for. They told me my mother's stay was 100% covered by Medicare, only to find out there was a co-pay. Not only did they not inform me, but they did not send me a bill for the balance. They only reported me to a collection agency and made me look like a dead beat. Not the way to run a business! Stay away!

I went to visit a family member today and I was amazed. The staff was very nice and helpful. The facility was very clean and had a very good protocol for COVID. The nurses were attentive to my family member's need. I would like to thank all the staff.

There are truly very few, if any, good nursing homes Cypress Pointe is the exception. My 95 year old mother has been there since August of this year. I am so impressed. They CARE here. Food is good! Guess what ADULTS run the place … meaning when there are issues they work on them & find reasonable solutions. Your loved one is safe here. Mine is 95 with dementia. I would know!

Stay away from here. Understaffed in general and LVNs doing the jobs of RNs. Uncoordinated care (what there is of it), poor processes. I believe this firm and their contracted PT firm are both private equity "investments" of the same person. In other words, their main goal is to make money. Many of the staff were good at their jobs, but they are sorely understaffed.

Our mother has been at Cypress Pointe for 4 weeks now. The staff have all been friendly and attentive. We have been impressed that her complicated needs have been anticipated and taken care of. Michaela was very helpful in the first few days to make sure everything went well. She is professional and courteous even when being called outside of visiting hours to resolve a problem. The facility is nicely designed and well run. After a return trip to the hospital, we were glad to know she would be returning to Cypress Pointe. I highly recommend them. Update: Our mother has now been at Cypress Pointe for 6 months. We are still very pleased with the care that she receives. We have gotten to know many of the people working there and have high regard for their professionalism and kindness.

The facility is wonderful & so clean. I was greeted with kindness when I came in and the CNAs and nurses are compassionate and caring. Would definitely recommend to someone who may need it. Keep up the good work and I would give 10 stars if I could....❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾😇😇❤️👏🏾💯

Having worked in the Skilled Nursing Facility for over twenty years I realize that its not a one on one situation . However I feel patients needs are being taken care of. You are dealing with different personalities . As we all know there has always been a shortage of staff but I believe the patients needs are always met. I have worked with this Administrator before and as always patient care is always the main focus . I would and have referred patients to this facility

My husband, a stroke patient, has been well taken care of by nurses and aides. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that there could be better communication between staff as to specific needs of patient.

It went well with my interviewed and she is very friendly person and well spoken to me that I understood everything she detailed to me about position in the kitchen

Beautiful, beautiful clean place. Wonderful staff and my Aunt don't want to leave the facility to come back with us to Memphis tn because of how well she is treated and loved there. She said to me today we're family here.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Visited today looking for a place for my mother to recover from hip surgery. From the time I walked on until I walked out I was greeted with smiles and willingness to answer all my questions. The physical therapist director Kendra was there and was able to caht with her and team about the regimen..It was clean as well..while this NOT ideal to place a loved one but I feel comfortable thus far with the facility to help my mother through this unexpected time...

I am very pleased with the clean & open spaces and all the staff are kind & reassuring. I feel comfortable that my husband will receive good care & the attention he needs.

The facility was clean,fresh smell, very nice and friendly staff,.everyone making sure you were being taking care of for my visit.Its a beautiful lovely place really doesn't look like a nursing home or assistant living just a lovely place. Amazing

Went in for an interview and was greeted with a smiling face from the receptionist to staff walking around . I was very impressed and hope to become a future staff member , this place is a place to call home . The atmosphere is so contagious. Love it here.

I highly recommend Cypress Pointe for anyone that needs skilled nursing, rehab. Mrs. Kendra and Team (Physical/Occupational Therapy) helped me with my rehab and allowed me to go home with confidence to do almost everything for myself! I was afraid prior to coming here. I also wanted to Thank the entire team of Doctors, Nurses, CNA's that helped in any way in assisting me during my stay. Thanks to the administration team Jessica, Hannah, Connie, Kim. The Cypress Pointe Team were some of the most professional and thorough healthcare professionals I have met. Their executive director stops at nothing to be available and responsive to needs. As a consumer and clinician in the healthcare space, their availability and responsiveness is not common but celebrated and appreciated. Thank you all again for your amazing care.

This facility and staff are absolutely amazing,we have been to several different facilities and this is by far the best place. They take pride in their job and are very friendly.

From reception to clinical care, I haven’t been happier with the quality and results that the staff provide. One day after my dad’s admission, he was recovering immediately. The professionals here are more than willing to list to our needs and accommodate our family’s concerns so that dad gets the best care possible!

We were lied to when we were assured a private room ,which their brochure advertises as being available. We were abruptly moved to a semi- private room with no notice in a very sudden and unprofessional manner, which upset my wife a great deal. We moved out the next day.

Very immaculate and beautiful. I saw the staff totally with the patients with loving care. Every staff I passed smiled and said hello. My friend is there as a patient and she looks so clean and happy. I enjoyed my visit and looking forward to another visit soon.

I visited a friend at Cypress Pointe and security and screening was great for the patients. The staff was so friendly and helpful,the facility was very clean and fresh compared to some facilities I've been in. Thanks for the care of my dear friend.

Have to commend the staff on taking great care of my mom who was nervous about going to any facility. From admission to discharge, the staff was friendly and quick to address any questions or needs.

The nurses, therapists and case managers have been wonderful during this transition for both of my in-laws. No family wants to move their loved ones into skilled nursing but when it's necessary, it's comforting to know there is a quality facility available like Cypress Pointe. We've now been there for about four months and the quality of care has been consistent and caring. The Physical Therapists stand out as my in-laws always look forward to working with them. The communication with the social worker and nurses has been better than we expected and has really helped our minds be at ease knowing that we truly are a phone call or text away. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a place for your loved one.
