The cups they use for hot drinks are a bit flimsy, so be careful! Drinks have good flavor, and service is outstanding! Good range of flavors to choose from. Nice, considering it's a small tea stand in a mall.

We ordered a milk tea and a The Espresso. However, we were very unsatisfied. For $24 tax and tip included, we expected a decent quality of milk tea and espresso when we told the barista that we wanted strong tea and paid for an extra shot of espresso. Well, both tea and espresso were so weak and water down. We won't return or recommend.

Everytime i get a drink from here i try something new, and it's always amazing!!!

First time going and will be the last. I ordered strawberry match with tapioca. I heard the guy tell the girl 1 strawberry and 2 matcha......the drink looked like coffee and had no ice. Never had a boba drink with no ice. Had to wait til I got home to get ice to get it cold.

Asked for a classic thai milk tea and they gave me a coffee-caramel drink with regular boba mixed with some popping boba. It was $8.11 for a large, so overpriced. Girls there have attitude and staring problem.

Wasn’t expecting it to be the best but it was actually quite good! Boba had good chew but wasn’t too hard and the flavor of the matcha milk tea was good; wasn’t too sweet either. Great customer service :)

We ordered 2 drinks the other day! They were amazing! One was the espresso. They asked if I wanted to add a shot, so I’m like of course! I wouldn’t order an espresso with out it, right. Well, it was an extra $1.50, I didn’t think much of it, and paid. Drinks were delish! (5 stars) I took my kids back a few days later, we ordered the same drinks but this time I asked. Does “the espresso” already come with espresso? She said no, you have to add a shot for $1.50… so why is this drink called the espresso if it doesn’t come with espresso. I don’t mind paying for the COST of the drink but why is the shot not added in the cost and charged on for a multiple charge. Doesn’t that defeat the point of ordering ESPRESSO, if I didn’t add it on, would it still be called an espresso? Totally confused…but didn’t want to argue or look dumber than I felt thinking about this… anyways, we ordered the classic and the boba was definitely not fresh! Not chewy. Very melty in your mouth texture and we just about threw the drink away. ;( Customer service was great so I will be back in the future, but in hopes of fresher boba! Secondly, all these 5 star reviews are because they advertise an extra scoop of boba for a 5 star review. I just hope everyone who chooses to do that, actually has a 5 star service/drink and doesn’t put a price tag on themselves for free boba.

So, this was my second visit to the Totally Tea in Bossier City, LA. I decided to give it one more chance and was even more disappointed this time. I will say, the taro lover tea I ordered was phenomenal. 5 stars there hands down. My first visit was mid-afternoon on a weekday and also this location is in the middle of a mall. That day I waited about 20 minutes before the barista walked up to the booth. She was not friendly by any means. This visit today was one hour after they opened and there was no sign of any employee anywhere for over 35 minutes. I even left after waiting 15 minutes and went to a nearby store and came back out to wait another 20 minutes before she showed up. I had my niece with me and we ordered a milk tea and fruity tea. Nothing was prepared. She had not set up for the day and literally said nothing but “what can I get you” while she struggled to get things in order. I love boba and waited because there aren’t many options here which is the only reason I waited, but I will definitely not be going back. I definitely don’t expect to feel like I’m bothering someone when I’m choosing to give them my business.

The people working there were great!!! I hope they have a new name for rocky soon !! :)
