Today was a much better experience than our first. The employee that helped us today was so friendly and knew the games. She was able to suggest a game for our group and it was a lot of fun! It also wasn’t as hot this time, which was nice!

The kids were here for a birthday 🎉 party. They had an AMAZING TIME!! The games were interactive and they learned really quickly to work together. It was an experience that I plan to come back and have with my own family.

EM showed us the ropes and my wife and I enjoyed this date night experience! Clean environment, helpful staff, and insane futuristic gameplay!! Loved it, highly recommend this for groups or couples.

Great experience. We had a lot of fun. My niece had a great time. She's 10 but the 4 adults also had a lot if fun. Abbey was super nice and got us setup with no wait. Would definitely recommend.

Our family visited during a family trip and it was absolutely amazing! It was so fun and we all enjoyed it! Em, the individual that helped us, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We will definitely be back!

I came here today with my boyfriend as a surprise for his birthday. At first I thought the tickets were a little pricey but they were absolutely worth the price. We got an hour of playtime with an immersive experience that never felt tedious or got boring. We also got 4 free drinks with our tickets and you can order them straight to your room while playing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

This was my 2nd time going. We had a blast! The first time going there was a 20 mins wait until the next room was available. There was no wait the 2nd time. It cost a little over $100 for 1 hr for 3 people total. Price is not horrible but not cheap, but it is worth it with a good time. You can not access it from inside the mall. It is outside towards the middle of the mall, close to the food court entrance. You can order drinks from the game room and they will bring it to you. There are lockers if you need to lock up some of your items. Good time. Go check it out. Look up the difference games online.

This was our first time at Immersive Gamebox and it was AWESOME!! We didn’t know what to expect so we started with the 30 minute Shaun the Sheep and it went by soooo fast! The games were appropriate for our entire family- our daughters are 7 and 13 and they both were able to succeed at the games and had an absolute blast. And the music was great- we all had a great time dancing while gaming! Lastly, our host, Em, was fabulous! She was very friendly and welcoming and did a great job preparing us for our first time here. We would definitely recommend this for an awesome family experience and will definitely be returning!

Em was super helpful and we had the most amazing time! Didn’t know what to expect but this far exceeded our expectations! We did the 80’s version and basically sang along as we played! This was our choice for date night and it totally rocked! Do this! Do this! Do this!!! 💜

We had sooooo much fun there!! Em was working and she was wonderful. She explained things in detail and was helpful. We loved it so much, we took our students there. Abby helped up set up our group rate. She welcomed us with open arms and didn't complain about our kiddos screaming with excitement. She even staggered their games so we could get videos. I highly recommend this place and will be going back once again for my birthday!!!

My coworkers and I came here and really enjoyed ourselves! I was surprised at how fun and engaging it was. I'm not a game person but this is a creative way to interact for team building and every one will enjoy!

Came here for a work event and had a lot of fun. The woman that helped us was super helpful and nice. The mid game drink service was very cool. Would recommend for groups and families.
