Tuna on Italian is the way to go. Always clean inside and fresh tasting.

Store never has anything in stock. Multiple employees that are Terribly trained just say they are out due to Covid. You can go 3 miles down the road and the next Subway has everything they don’t. Someone in in management is failing this store badly.

Staff is friendly it's just this location is out of stuff a lot of the time. Also staff isn't fully trained, they were having a hard time fixing my order in their system. The app (which isn't the locations fault) wasn't allowing them to fix the order and when she called her manager/DM/store owner they didn't answer the phone. Other than being out of big sellers the store is clean with it's new face lift and the staff are trying their best.

This subway is always low on supplies... Sloppy workers never going here again

The flat bread was tough and stale and the had no mustard or other ingredients I wanted. I should have walked out

This salad was chopped to perfection. Thank you to the "long hair guy", that remembered how I like mine made, my husband and I both appreciate the great customer service.

Mgr set watching phone while customers waited to be served. Since when did sw not put "just" pepper on product? Also no lids for lrg drinks so I walked out without one after I was NOT offered an upgrade for which they had lids! Got a "Sorry" and that was it! Sub par for "Mont Belvieu "!

This place never keep the posted times for closing. I mean if you say close at 10pm then don't close a 8:50pm on Sunday

The food is always good. My only complaint is that, the older gentleman who works is always rude and in a bad mood. I thought it was just a one time thing but over the course of the last year it's everytime you go in. Yesterday 02/25/2021 a customer behind me asked him if he didn't like his job so much why would he work there. He had no response! The lady he was working with was a delight!

This location is ALWAYS out of items. I've tried going 3 or 4 times thinking it was just a one time thing. Nope. I have never been when they have had everything, and I'm talking simple things like mustard and lids for drinks. The management at this location is horrible. I will not be back.

Out of literally EVERYTHING. Sauces, meats, you name it. The lady’s response? “We just work here.”
