the worst experience I paid to have my spider veins removed and the result was worse they did not take anything away from me what happened where I injected it turned black and it does not take off and they tell me to wait, how long to wait I already have 2 months and still do not take off, and I went to the doctor again to tell me what is happening and they tell me that I have to pay again if I already pay once and do not look at the result otherwise my legs are worse. I do not recommend that place

Horrible experience. They lie about what you will pay out of pocket, doctor does not care if you have issues after. Not there to help you just to take your money.

After my 2nd pregnancy I got these nasty varicose veins, which were also very painful and disturbing, let alone very ungly. I got a varicose treatment recently, and it worked miracles! I heard, that the only option to treat varicose is to remove veins completely, which requires this painful procedure, and several days hospitalization. However I was so relieved to hear, that there’s this new technology to easily treat vein problems, called Endovenous Laser Treatment, or EVLT. I did this treatment at USA Vein Clinics, and I'm happy to tell, that this worked so good for me, I can't thank doctors at USA Vein Clinics enough!

I am an experienced healthcare provider. Would NOT recommend. The clinical staff are good, rapid procedure pace. But be warned the billing office is awful, making multiple calls and multiple charges. They made multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card without billing and don’t communicate with insurance to clarify at all. I had to do a conference call to my insurance to clear up the problem. I don’t know how anyone would call if they had complications or questions. No ability to handle clinical queries.

Terrible service at this place to start with the bad receptionists.They should take a course. On how to treat people whatever their origin,the doctor who did not want to help me because he did not have time to come back another day.stay away from👎....

Dr. Katsnelson made procedures on my 04/01/2014 in Philadelphia, PA office what was recently opened. I'm still on permanent pain , cannot sleep & taking now medication what never have before this " simple " procedure". My life style changed completely : I cannot attended yoga, dance studio and massages very painful. The leg swollen , and situation get worse with every day!!! So, please be careful , don't pay attention to advertising on newspaper and TV.

I waited for an hour and a half AFTER my scheduled appointment time. That’s not professional at all. I end up leaving since I couldn’t afford to waste more time just waiting. Horrible experience, do not recommend.

I found the doctor to be very helpful. Then again I am a person that does not hesitate to ask questions and have things explained in terms I understand. He was very patient with me and informed me of what the next step would be. I am happy with my experience here and appreciate the reduced visibility of my spider veins...

Was very pleased with my treatment here! Jve had multiple kids and varicose veins in my family so I needed to get them done. The doctor was very nice and staff seemed alright, maybe a bit cold but overall polite. I only waited about 10-12 minutes to be seen and then saw the doctor and they explained that I would need three sessions to come back. It was clean and seemed updated with good equipment which is definitely a great sign.

From the moment I stepped in to the moment I walked out the door I was well taken care of. Dr. Fan Di is such a great doctor and listens to my concerns. I can't remember the gentleman who helped with my paperwork but be was amazing as well. It's my 5th year going there. I won't go anywhere else.

Timely, friendly, enjoyable experience. Good job. Very fast getting through the process. Very nice compared to past years.

I went to the Elk Grove Village location. Had four sessions of injections. I was seen and treated by Dr Cacioppo. He and his medical assistants were pleasant and helpful. However, their billing department headed by Mr Reyes is shady in how they handle billing. Please be warned that the billing department will charge your debit card without sending your bill or statement first. You will get a notice via email that your bill is pass due and per the agreement you signed, your debit/bank card has been charged the amount you owe. They will keep charging your account even after you asked them to stop and request that they send you the bill or complained to the office. Don’t give them your debit card number or be prepared to see USAveins taking your money without your prior notice. They will bleed your bank account dry.

The staff was very cordial. As each person did their function they explained what they were doing. I have already recommended USA Vein Clinics to a couple of people.
