Derick Dermatology was recommended by my insurer. This was my first visit to the Libertyville office. I was wowed by the office setting upon entering. Janine behind the desk was very cordial and promptly dispatched the registration process. Joyce quickly came out to take me too the exam room. I was in the exam room before 7:30 am, my scheduled appointment time. Joyce did all the preparation and thoroughly explained the exam. Hannah then came in,, examined the mole and explained how she would proceed. Within a couple of minutes she completed the procedure painlessly. I was out of the office by 7:45 am. Those three ladies are the ultimate professionals. My biopsy results were both texted and Emailed to me within one week. I highly recommend Derick Dermatology!

Six weeks of being miserable with an unknown allergy severely affecting my eyelids with pain, burning & itching that also spread to face & lips. I looked as awful as I felt. I visited urgent care 4x and was prescribed steroids & antibiotics. The steroids worked after a day or 2 but as soon as finished the condition flared up again. I couldn’t get into my dermatologist for a couple of months! Derick got me in within a couple of days a week ago. Their attention & care along with the topical ointment, face wash & moisturizer Im using has diminish the symptoms. Looking forward to my follow-up visit to see where we go from there. I am very pleased with Derick Dermatology & would definitely recommend them!

Derick Dermatology is super easy to schedule, very clean and bright, and the staff is amazing! It’s not fun to get skin spots checked, but they talk you through everything and make sure you’re comfortable. Everyone there is extremely professional. They helped get rid of a bad tick bite reaction the same day I called.

Nice staff, but super expensive!! $700 for shaving and testing two moles, WITH insurance!! They refuse to give you a price before hand; I should have walked out then. When I asked about the bill, all they could say was, “We do all of our own labs.” Then why is it so expensive?! Don’t go unless you have money to burn.

Wow! Best derm experience I have ever had. I am a new patient that wasn't overly satisfied with my old derm, I went here and I am so impressed in every way. I saw Hannah Heimdal and Natasha and they were both fantastic. Super informative, thorough, and didn't feel rushed at all - all my questions were answered in full! Best part is the in house pharmacy here, as a busy mom I don't have time to wait all day at a pharmacy and everyone I came in contact with was so nice. Highly recommend!
