Most of the people here are great but Tom is always rude to us when we visit. He seems to have a thorn in his side about patients who go anywhere besides 730 for any of their eye needs. My daughter sees an ophthalmologist and Tom has rudely told us that the ophthalmologist doesn’t know what they’re doing and doesn’t have as much experience as he does. Today we stopped in to ask them to adjust my daughter’s frames. She broke hers and we have frames on order at 730 but knew we wouldn’t get them soon enough, so we purchased a backup pair online. Tom explained that they have a $49 service fee to get your glasses adjusted if you bought them somewhere else. Kind of annoying in this situation but whatever. Then Tom ranted at us about how they could sell glasses as cheap as the online places too if they didn’t have to employ optometrists and opticians, etc. I reminded him that we had purchased frames at 730 already but needed to order these as an emergency backup. He’s just so rude for no apparent reason. It seems he’s feeling threatened by the fact that people can purchase these goods and services elsewhere. Maybe we should. Everyone else we’ve interacted with has been great but Tom is ruining it for us.

I've been a loyal customer at this place for over 10 years, and for the most part, it's been a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent encounter was quite the opposite. I received a faulty batch of contacts, and getting a refund turned into a real hassle. When I met with the optometrist, Tom, things took a turn for the worse. He had an immediate attitude, cutting me off and talking back when I was just trying to explain the issues I was facing with the contacts. To add to that, he claimed my prescription had changed during an "eye exam," which supposedly explained the fit issues. Fast forward a few weeks, when I called for my new prescription to be emailed, they had no record of the change Tom mentioned. When questioned, Tom suddenly denied any change. I'm not sure if he lied to avoid issuing a refund or if it was just to save face during our previous discussion, but this whole experience has left me feeling like I cannot trust this place anymore. My advice: stay away from Tom, he is untrustworthy and has a very sleazy attitude.

Very good experience for a while, doctor very kind and supportive. Then, my daughter had some trials to use lens, unsuccessful. Billed for the trials. Now we are asking a follow-up, as my daughter is worsening and she is now committed to use lens. Called several times, they push us back, maybe no longer a good source of money? Will likely change soon, sadly, as colleagues at the Corporation we work for had suggested this center

Our whole family has been seeing Dr Pak and her excellent staff for many years. Everyone in the office is super friendly and professional. You feel like being home in their cozy, clean, and extremely organized office. Jessie McDaniel went above beyond and helped us picked the new glasses. Her patience and professional service are extraordinary. We could not make the decision during the first visit and had to visit her the second time. Amazingly, when we arrived at the office, she already has several pairs of frames ready for us to try on. That saved us lots of time! Thank you Jessie for your thoughtfulness and mindset of putting patients first! You made our visits very pleasant.

This visit was the highlight of my week! I have needed to get my eyes checked for a while and didn’t know where to go. I was referred by my insurance. Everyone was so caring and helpful. Dr Yin took so much time listening to my story about the struggles with my prescription. She took her time with me and made me feel so good. At the end I cried when I tried on my new prescription. I could finally see!!! The women who helped me pick out frames were so much fun. I loved the whole experience! Thank you!

Great place! The entire team of Drs., technicians and 'front office' folks are nice and very helpful. They continually invest in new technologies to ensure your eye health is the top priority. Also, their selection of frames is very good and not all the same type of frames you see at every other place.

730 North Optometry. What a dream come true.... I was scheduled for my eye appointment over a year ago and failed to make it because of some health issues that disrupted my life. No need to worry when working with this friendly staff. I felt no pressure when it came to have my appointment scheduled. I only received cordial reminders. Once my appointment was locked in, I was greeted warmly by the ladies at the front desk and then sat with the technician, McKenna. McKenna breezed me through a series of tests in preparation to see Dr. Santilukka. I was made to feel very comfortable during the tests and I really appreciated the patience with which they were handled by McKenna and Dr Santilukka. Being a cardiac patient, myself, I'm very familiar with a doctors' office environment and I must say I was very impressed with their bedside manner. As a matter of fact, i was left with that feeling from every patient in the front room. Everyone there appeared content and satisfied with the treatment. My favorite part of the visit was working with the opticians, Barbara and Amanda. Usually I reserve this part of my visit as the part I'm least comfortable with, however, these two put their own creative personal touches on the process by which we selected my frames. It added levity to the situation and they helped me choose a pair of frames that I really enjoy wearing and find very stylsh.. thanks folks for making this journey so painless and favorable and for putting me in a pair of glasses that will truly enable and enhance my vision more in work and in life. I had a fantastic experience when I brought my daughter (almost 5) for her first eye exam. The staff were friendly and warm, and both the individual who performed my daughter's initial screening (Melissa?) and our optometrist, Dr. Yin, were wonderful with her. Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. So happy we found this practice!

I traveled from out of town and forgot to pack contact lenses, my regular big box Optical local branch was not able to help as the Astigmatism prescription that I need must be ordered/shipped and not stocked but 730 North Optometry was so kind and offered to give me a box of trials! Their staff was so helpful and quick to respond, I picked up spare trial lenses in minutes! They didn’t even ask for payment, they are such are miracle workers!! Super sweet gesture!! Their office is brightly lit and modern designed, beautiful!

Picked up my glasses and the temple arms are SO long they nearly wrap around my ears. Was told that’s just the way the glasses come, seriously ? Completely disappointed - have reached out to the Mfg for answers. Watching videos you can see a professional would know how to trim these properly.

Everything was straight forward and they were really great at explaining the breakdown of payment and coverage when processing my insurance benefits!

I don’t need glasses!! I have been wearing glasses from another business and getting migraines for a few years from it without realizing. 10 stars if I could. Kind and knowledgeable staff. I have been given a prescription for several years from other doctors, and it turns out I didn't even need one!! Due to wearing the wrong prescription, I was getting migraines. I came here for a second opinion and couldn't be happier!

They help you throughout your entire exam and always take their time when explaining the financial portion of the visit. They’ve helped me pick the perfect frames and I’m so grateful for their professional work ethic.

I have been going to this office since 2019 and every time I go, I actually look forward to it because I’ve had such a positive experience each time, not only with the Optometrists, but also by all the staff. I have a very rare neurological autoimmune disorder called Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder(NMOSD). I am so fortunate to be in the care of Dr. Pak as she researched NMOSD and also made extra effort is to truly understand my health condition. She always makes sure that I’m receiving the correct oral eye treatment and when she wanted to learn more about my condition, she went the extra mile/s to contact her old colleagues in order to make the best decision for me. She and her colleagues always educated me so that I could easily understand by both visual and verbal learning. She and her office are very thoughtful and detail oriented and for this, I’m very grateful. I give Dr. Pak and her entire office staff a 10 out of 10 but really an 11 out of 10. A++ Thank you

I always drove past the office but had a doctor downtown where I worked pre-Covid. Was looking for something local once Covid hit, and chose to try out 730 North Optometry based upon all the great reviews. Was immediately blown away by how pretty their office was. They have a huge selection of beautiful frames, even my very particular child was able to find something she liked. Dr. Yin is awesome, so friendly you forget you are visiting a doctor at times. I've seen her for eye issues as well as routine eye exams. The entire staff is super friendly, helpful and always provide excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!

My first experience was when I scratched my eye and desperately needed to see someone. We were new to town, and I hadn't established care anywhere. They got me in within the hour, and the doctor was very compassionate. Now I've been a patient for over three years, and I always have a great experience. When I bought glasses last year, they pulled frames they thought would work, and they took pictures for me to send my sister! Those small touches combined with my great experiences with Dr. Santilukka make them one of my favorite appointments each year!
