Had a amazing experience at Cross-Up! Got to work with Dr. Rieke on my sciatic pain and was thrilled to see the improvement in my symptoms after just a couple visits! He is very thorough with his care and I leave learning much more than I went in with. Highly recommend this office!

Hands down the best chiropractor I’ve ever been too!! Dr Jack is very knowledgeable and always thinks outside the box. His adjustments are so much more than the average chiropractor. He knows what areas to target to help get maximum relief! I have improved so much in a few sessions and am doing so much better each day!

Dr. Jack & Dr. Peyton are the best in town. Dr. Jack takes him time, listens and helps get to the root of the issues. I came into the office for the first time thinking I would just get a quick adjustment, but it also included stretching, exercises & treatment! These doctors genuinely care about getting you better. Ok. So the doctor knows his stuff, and willing to share it on a level that means something. Took care of the worst pain and numbness to my right leg I have ever had. The exercise routine he has given me, will change my muscle issues for the better and I believe, how I will age.

I’ve been to quite a few, but I drive to 2 1/2 hours to get to him. When I leave, I’m leaving with exercise and feeling like a new person. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I just started seeing Dr Peyton Habenicht. Initially went in just for regular chiro/adjustments but she's providing so much more. She working on my knee issues, and tight quad/hamstrings. Plus she has given me strengthening exercises to do at home between visits. Plus the adjustments. She does manual adjustments which I prefer. Office/staff is really nice. Dr is really knowledgeable, friendly, and so good! Looking forward to having acupuncture at some point too. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jack is an excellent practitioner and well schooled in the mechanics and physics of the body. One treatment and I feel much better.

Dr. Jack’s expertise has been very helpful fixing and promoting healing for my sciatica problem. I started seeing him in early September following an injury in August that was significantly painful and had caused restricted mobility for weeks. My former longtime PT left the state a few years ago and I went to Dr. Jack with a high recommendation from my husband. Dr. Jack is kind, upbeat, very knowledgeable, and he has been extremely integral in helping me get through this physical issue. The office is modern, clean, and well-equipped. Staff is very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Cross-Up Chiropractic!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Peyton today and already know my care is in the right hands. I will be working with her on my chiropractic needs and fertility acupuncture. She is knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cares.

I have very bad back pain and saw Dr Jack for the first time and he was able to start working right away and I go some immediate relief. Dr Rieke is so good at what he does. The ART (what I go for) is the best therapy I have had. His verbal explanation while using his technique makes me understand what is going on and how I can help myself on a regular basis.

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! I do not submit reviews often but Cross-Up Chiropractic is hands down the best Chiropractic office I have ever been to. They are the most caring doctors who listen to their patients and create plans that will fix the issue(s) long term and not put a bandaid on them. Dr. Peyton has helped me overcome injuries that I thought I would have to live in pain for the rest of my life. I always leave my appointments feeling like a new person! At every appointment I have she continues to educate me on why my pains are occurring and how we will be fixing them for a long term. She has introduced me to acupuncture, cupping and nutrition! My healthy and body are in a completely different place from where I was 4 months ago and I owe it all to Dr. Peyton! I cannot say enough amazing things about her!

Dr. Rieke displayed a great depth of knowledge regarding my back issue. He gave me some exercises that appear to be working. Treatment is ongoing, but I'm optimistic He appears to be both competent and confidant.

Dr. Jack has been helping me with my wrist and knows what he's doing. So refreshing after dealing with other doctors just sending my around for x-rays, 5 minute discussions and surgery with no guarantees.

Dr. Jack is fantastic. I’ve gone in sporadically for lower back pain and with his treatment and stretches, I’m always so much better when I leave. He takes his time, really listens, and is so knowledgeable. It’s great that he gives me stretches to do at home to keep my back from acting up.

After calling Dr. Rieke, while in immense pain with my IT Band injury, he gave me immediate instructions about how to stabilize my injury at home until my appointment the very next morning. Once in his office, Dr. Rieke alleviated the majority of my pain during the very first visit (I crawled in, and was actually able to walk out.) He spent about an hour with me and throughout the entire visit explained the dynamics behind his methodology. It really helped to be educated about my condition which allowed me to better understand the road to recovery. Can't thank Dr. Jack enough for his knowledge and expertise – along with his compassionate bedside manner. He's a real pro!
