PLEASE do not listen to these reviews. For starters Ms Ryma is not a Dr she is a NP with no studies of GI, she’s extremely inexperienced and lazy when it comes to her patients. It’s quite evident she does not care about her patients and will find the easiest solution to make her life easier. If you request any additional testing she will refuse and instead give you multiple prescriptions to take a typical American healthcare scam. Beware she’s terrible.

Yesterday I was scheduled for a Upper Endoscopy and we got very lost in directions and the receptionist was so helpful guiding us through a phone call to navigate us there! I was so worried being that we were so late that I would have to reschedule my procedure. But when we arrived they checked me in with a smile! The whole staff was wonderful calming me down and saying no worries! From the receptionist, to the nurses, my anesthesiologist, and Dr. Glaws they were all wonderful and took very good care of me! I would recommend anyone to this great team of people!

I was severely misled about the cost of a colonoscopy and endoscopy. They were very nice, but I realized this was only in an effort to screw me over. They were not helpful and after the procedure they suggested all my GI problems were due to 'western diet.' Complete waste of time and money.

The kindest, most helpful group of people work here. They only care for your well being, nothing else matters to them and I genuinely feel cared for. Rhyma is the sweetest person I've met in the medical field and constantly treats me like a friend.

The practice was extremely accommodating when, at the last minute, I could not get into my car in freezing weather. They just switched me to a telehealth appointment immediately. This was my first visit with Dr. Rosenberg. He had read my records and didn’t ask a lot of repetitive questions. He listened to me and came up with a conservative and totally reasonable treatment plan. I would recommend him and his practice with no reservations.

I was seen by NP Ryma recently. She is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I had a very good experience.

I came in with indigestion problems, at the time of the appointment they seemed to care about helping me. I took all the tests NP ordered and called the day after taking the tests and I told them I really need to get an update on what was found because of the immense stabbing pains and how serious my symptoms are. It's been 3 weeks now and I have been calling/messaging the nurses and NP since then asking to know what was found on the tests and I still have not heard anything back. It's extremely unprofessional for a health provider to ignore and put off their patients especially when it comes to something as serious as GI issues. So if I were to have cancer of GI system I still wouldn't even know because they have been putting me off for weeks. For your health, please do not go here

I thought this was a great group of doctors but they only care about the money. I had schedule a Colonoscopy and I had a personal issue that I need to reschedule, for that I call and they told me that I need to paid $150 as a fee for reschedule. I say why I´m not cancelling and it something out of my control. They said not care I need to paid the fee of $150 because I suppose to reschedule 7 days before. I´m not a psychic to know if prior the 7 days of the procedure I need to reschedule. I think is wrong to charge a fee to reschedule. That shows that the doctors only care about the money and not about the health of their patients. I would not recommend this group of doctors anymore.

Dr. Santiago was attentive, caring, addressed my concerns and answered all my questions. She is knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment!

I recently saw Nurse Practitioner Ryma Santiago. I was called in promptly. The nurse who took my vitals was very kind. Ryma came in and she was so excited for me about one of my issues being resolved. She listened intently to my issues I am still dealing with. She then addressed with me what steps to take and explained things in an easy to understand manner.

We loved the PA that took time to explain what could be going on with my husbands stomach

Giving them two stars because, I admit, I was 10 minutes late for my appointment, that's my bad. I was late partially because of the medical condition I was going there about and partially because Maps gave me confusing directions. However when I arrived the employees were standing around and just stared at me for about 30 seconds. They finally told me the doctor had left for the day and that I needed to reschedule. That just felt...really off to me. Like the doctor left that quickly?Definetly not the kind of medical practice I'd feel comfortable getting treated at so I will be seeking care elsewhere.

He is fantastic and added me in immediately when I needed him most. Now my wife and family members go to him and are equally delighted

I've been going threw allot this past year an it seemed as if no one could figure out wat was going on with my body after my surgery but this last appointment with Illinois Gastroenterology group help me understand wat was going on with myself from the instructions to the medicine I was provided I'm actually feeling much better then I was thanks again..
