I'm so glad I was referred to Dr Louis for my pain. He has helped me with my sciatic nerve pain that was shooting down my leg and now has worked on my hip pain. He definitely knows what to look for to find the pain and if he gets stumped, he searches everywhere and find answers. The simulator that was requested by him is implanted for 2 months. I trust his decision and am happy to say it's helped me with total relief. It was removed and I got great pain relief from it. I think that my situation is a bit different due to my multiple sclerosis. I've been in remission for 3 years however nerve problems are not always MS. Dr Louis looks at all the data and figures what and who can help. Thank you very much Dr Louis.

After years of searching for relief of back pain, Dr Louis has decreased my pain so significantly that my life is improving at age 74. Dr Louis is brilliant, personable and kind. Oh, I trust his advice also. I would recommend Dr Louis for leg pain, lower back pain and related problems.

Very efficient office. Staff is friendly and competent. Had an epidural steroid injection. Dr Louis was thorough in his explanation of the procedure. I was a bit anxious, but the procedure was relatively painless and quick.

My first visit went better than I expected. When diagnosed with severe stenosis you think of surgeries with mixed or horrible results or becoming addicted to pain medication. Both of these seem to be dead last on their approach. Everything was well explained and I feel very good about my path forward.

Dr. Louis has been proactive in providing me with treatments to try to eliminate or lessen my pain after years of working in construction. It has been a steady process of treatments, but the pain is less, and I feel the prospects of surgery isn’t a necessity to provide relief. Called a week b4 surgery and was told that if my insurance doesn’t accept that I can pay out of pocket. I called today, a day after knee surgery and I’m told that they don’t prescribe ANY NARCOTICS NOR ACCEPT SELF PAY. I can’t get any from Dr.Dumont my orthopedic surgeon after he has written for one prescription he won’t write anymore. I’m crying in pain!!!! Worst pain ever and my doctor does NOT WRITE FOR REFILLS! Dr.Herr at AMG doesn’t have availability until MARCH! I’m so so angry! I’m in terrible pain.

I've had numerous spinal injections over the past 20 years. Dr Marsiglias have by far been the least painful, and most effective. I've lived in chronic pain for almost all of my adult life after a car accident, and multiple surgeries. Dr Marsiglia is one of the best Dr's I've had at not only addressing the issues, but actually keeping you involved and making you feel heard.
