Worst medical clinic in the State! Got my finger stuck in the door of my FedEx truck. Bosses told me to go here. Signs everywhere that’s masks are required. That’s fine, I would have gladly worn one, however i just came from my route where i was injured and didn’t have one, let alone own one. THEY REFUSED TO SEE ME AND REFUSED TO PROVIDE ONE. Wanted me to Zelle them $5. I called my boss and he told me to go the ER. The nurses stated “well you’re going to need a mask there too”, in the most condescending voice. I said, “I’ll bet they’ll provide one and won’t leave me sitting there with excruciating pain.” They told me i was being rude 🤣🤣. The ladies are the worst public health care workers I’ve ever ran into. Never go here!

How is it that a medical services dose not have any mask in stock. Every place I have been has ample supply of it and if they do require you to have mask then why does it not state it on there site. Plus if I sat for 20 mins then the guy comes out. If this is the only locations then they don't need to be in practice since there service is poor. If I could leave negative I would.

Epic failure! I was sent here for a pre-employment drug screen. There was only 1 employee here and she had to do intake, run screenings, etc. I really do not blame her, but I do blame CWP. She missed that an e-Screen REQUIRES scanning the bar code provided and instead had me write the number on my intake form. My test results were cancelled and I had to go to another medical center and provide another sample several days later. I have no problem providing clean samples, but I do have a problem with my wasted time & gas!!!!

Very rude front desk lady, probably need a customer service retraining. The gentleman is nice and helpful, one star for him.

The staff were very pleasant courteous and overall really nice and had a positive attitude. The physicians were also funny and witty which always lightens the mood. It was a bonus that they were all 10's. Lol. I highly recommend this facility. Also they didn't have me waiting around forever like most other places I've been to. I went for a DOT physical and drug screening and was in and out in less than an hour total.

You really arrive at a place and you don't know how they are going to treat you and today I want to thank young Eduardo for the professionalism he has in caring for people, his attention was excellent, the communication was very clear and the specialist who performed the exam was very professional in his work .

They tell my employer one thing on the phone and then in person its something completely different in person. They put me at risk of losing my job, and the overweight woman there didn't care and had such a disagreeable rude attitude the moment i walked in. Also stating “he doesnt know what hes talking about” in a rude demeaning way. Good customer service by the feminine guy at least

I have been going to Corporate Wellness for my Bus Driver Physical for several years. Have always been treated with respect, kindness and today was no exception. Robert was very personable and respectful and of course Ms. Wendy has a great personality that puts you at ease. I would not go elsewhere.

Eduardo was very helpful, has good manners and techniques to help calm my nerves, as I tend to get a little anxiety visiting the doctors office. It is this kind of kindness and thoughtfulness that lets me know I chose the right place to go to. Thank you for that. Dr. Frederick is very kind and gave me some very much needed information about my current health status. She is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. Loved this place would definitely comeback if I stayed in the area.

First of all the price is what got me here. It’s $55 for a DOT exam which is usually $100 or more everywhere else. But the fact that I’m not even a regular client here and Dr. Frederick took this appointment above and beyond is why all y’all need to come here. She does a lot of different exams and test as this office is busy. Appointments are necessary and they work very efficiently. Priscilla and Eduardo have great manners and they are just SUPER nice. Love this place. Not even from this area but would definitely come back! The whole vibe and energy here is lovely.

This was the most amazing experience I've had with this type of facility. The receptionist (who used to work as a preschool teacher) was so patient and kind with my 5 years old daughter and the young technician who performed the test was wonderful. Thank you both so much.

The facility is close to my work. I was early and they were more than happy to serve. The staff was great. I will be back.

Service was fine but i just find it to be Very interesting how you schedule an appointment yet have to wait in a line of cars for any extra 20 minutes passed your appointment time. Doesn’t work well when you’re on a lunch break for work. Plan accordingly.

We used CWP for acute care to treat an earache. They made same-day scheduling quick and easy. Nice, new building and great staff. Thank you, CWP and Wendy for the great care and for following-up the next day to check-in on recovery.

I have visited Corporate Wellness Partners a couple of times personally and had a fantastic experience. The office staff answered questions quickly and are knowledgeable and patient. I’ve also worked with Corporate Wellness Partners professionally, sending my employees for drug screens and N95 mask fittings. CWP treated my employees with respect and were easy to work with.

We have visited CWP on many occasions…usually for rapid COVID tests, but also for the occasional acute injury with one of our kids. I appreciate knowing that every time, we receive accurate and timely test results. And Wendy does a great job with the acute visit exams with my kids. It’s nice to have a trusted facility like CWP in our community.

Eduardl was very helpful with my drug screening process and answer the phone in a very professional manner and made me feel very welcome while entering his facility, he is a good worker and very sweet! :)
