Terrible, no one is returning phone calls. I pre-paid and we don't want to continue. Too many people, crowded, HS kids teaching w/o showing basics or technics. What a waste of time.

As venues go then sport courts are fine there is just no where to sit as a spectator. Between games there is no place to congregate away from the courts. As a result everyone plunks down in the already limited bleacher space and they don't move. In addition some courts don't have bleachers at all Plan on staking a space out early and or doing a lot of standing.

Walked in to view a game and asked the young ladies sitting at the door what was the age for kids to pay? The one collecting the entrance fee snatched the $10 out of my hand and I asked her again what was the age to pay or not to pay for kids and she turned around and asked me what my daughter's age was? (Really?..I wasn't born yesterday and I knew she was trying to be slick but I let her assume that she was smarter than me..lol). I told her to please ask someone to put up a sign of the price for adults/kids or all pay for entrance. Crystal Lake has the sign nicely posted. A sign would be nice to avoid bad reviews.

Spectator. Way too crowded, limited seating, parking sucks, cold inside, concessions terrible. Other than that it’s a great place for a warehouse.

I am relatively new, but I could tell after one visit that this group has their act together from top to bottom. They have done it so many times that there is nothing they haven't thought about carefully and addressed, including scholarships (they are #2 in the country for that). They treat my daughter with respect and tolerate only that in return from all students. Their coaches are supportive and talented. You can tell that everyone cares deeply and is passionate in helping kids succeed.

Rudely told I couldn’t sit on a chair in the facility forcing me to sit in bleachers during a pandemic. No concession stand at all and no food allowed in. Just a soda machine. Of the dozens of VB courts I have been to, this is the only one where they don’t allow chairs and don’t have concessions.

Top professional volleyball club. Best in area period.

Nice facility, coaching for younger children is really solid. The free camps are a great way to introduce younger athletes to the sport without having to shell out a bunch of dough.
