THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT WENT COMPLETELY OUT WITHIN 2 MONTHS AND SAT IN MY DRIVEWAY FOR 3 WEEKS!!!! I HAD TO COME OUT OF POCKET TONS OF MONEY TO GET IT FIXED TO JUST HAVE THEM COME TOW IT FOR LATE PAYMENTS!!!! MIND YOU I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO THE MANAGER MIKE WHO WASN'T VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVERRRRRRRR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL SELL U ANYTHING TO MAKE A SELL SERIOUSLY!!!!!

My husband and I literally put down 800 dollars for a 2008 ford explorer seven days ago. I lost my job yesterday and called today to see if we can return the truck to them because we didn't wanna be in debt by not paying. We got here waiting for the "manager" Alex and he straight told us he cant take the truck back because of taxes and its in the policy. I asked him to show me the policy where it says that in my contract and he showed me where it says all sales are finale IF IN THE EVENT OF OUT OF STATE SALES, TITLE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED VEHICLE SHALL REMAIN IN THE SELLER UNTIL SAID TITLE IS ENDORSED TO AND RECEIVED BY THE PURCHASER THROUGH U.S MAIL. I told him that doesn't apply to me because im not out of state im in state so this isnt for me. He goes on to say but it still says sales are final. This isnt right at all. I have to choose between being homeless or having this truck.

They are pretty fair with loan vehicle except they don’t tell you about the hidden fee you later on find out about ?

Hands down the best customer services goes to this business! Mike aka "Big Mike" is one of the most honest guy I have met in the auto sales business in a long time. I needed a car due to my engine went out in my truck and I was lead here. The whole staff was amazing, from the salesman, finance department and repair service department was awesome. Everything I asked for was done with no hesitation. I referred a few of my coworkers to this business already. I know they will love the team and the experience just as much as I did. We had horrible experience next door at auto warehouse and came to Lake County Auto Sales. Mike greeted us in the parking lot even though it was snowing and told us what to expect. We found the vehicle we wanted and got great customer service from all of the representatives. Ended up leaving with the vehicle we wanted and the customer service that I expect when doing business.

My license plates sticker has been expired since 2021. Car shut off on me and mike towed the car to his shop, looked at it and got my car to pass the emissions test.
