Enjoyed the time I spent with Heather. She explained each aspect of the In Body Test. The results are very eye opening and made me realize even more the importance of staying on top of my overall health.

Laura, the instructor, was kind, thoughtful, thorough and supportive. Space is beautiful, safe, comfortable and calming- lots of room to spread out. Easy parking.

I love every class at Zen & appreciate the variety offered. The setting is beautiful, the community is so welcoming & every yoga teacher is amazing. And, I love being able to shop the Boutique before or after class - such cute things! Massage & other wellness services are an incredible value-add!

The instruction at Zen (like at RPM and at Heather's Gym) is consistently excellent. The community is welcoming, supportive, and genuine. Every class I go to I leave thinking 'that's my favorite class!'.

Strong was an awesome class! The class had everything.. Flow, Cardio, Core & a way to modify whatever a person needs. Zen Yoga & Meditation has fantastic instructors!

Lindsey is an incredible yoga instructor. She plays a variety of music (who thought you could do yoga to rap music) and keeps the class challenging yet never strays from the fundamentals of the practice. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lindsey and Zen!

Zen is the perfect studio for beginners & practiced yogis alike. The variety of classes and formats are all wonderful. From cardio/strength inspired classes like IGNITE and STRONG to powerful slow flow like DEEP and stretchy RECOVER—it is an inclusive studio with knowledgeable & kind instructors. Zen is a place to connect, reflect, and inspire!

I so enjoyed the 9:30 class offered during Small Business Saturday! I don't yoga, I pilates - I don't usually have the stamina for yoga but the 2 or 3 times I wanted to quit, Laura CB was such a positive force I finished the class. Amazing hot yoga class at Zen yesterday. Clean studio with mats, water and supplies. Libby did a great job in yoga sculpt- perfect combo of Scupt and vinyasa… would recommend!
