I
met
Charlotte
today
at
at
Horrock’s
Market.
She
told
me
a
little
bit
about
her
company
and
that
this
is
her
family’s
recipe
and
how
they
wanted
to
start
this
endeavor
sooner,
but
were
hindered
when
covid
hit.
I
only
know
her
from
our
brief
interaction
today,
but
she
was
very
nice
and
genuine
and
I
admired
her
tenacity
being
out
and
about
promoting
her
family
recipe
and
small
business.
My
fiancé
and
I
just
tried
this
coffee
cake
as
a
late
night
snack-
and
We
ended
up
eating
half
of
it
in
one
sitting
haha!
They
are
certainly
not
your
average
coffee
cake-
it’s
BETTER!!
😋
The
cinnamon
swirl
center
was
an
exciting
surprise
and
the
little
cherries
and
walnuts
(you
can
also
get
them
without
nuts)
on
top
gave
it
a
nice
added
texture
and
a
pop
of
flavor.
Awesome
heated
up
in
the
microwave
for
a
few
seconds
and
I
imagine
goes
well
with
a
cup
of
coffee
or
tea
😁
highly
recommend
giving
them
a
try!
