I picked my 5yo son up from school and we wanted some ice cream. Ok, well I wanted some ice cream and he didn’t object. So, I told him we’re going to a cool ice cream place with real ice cream and a bunch of different flavor. He seems excited - me more so. We arrive and the location looks nice and new. Walk inside and my son says “fancy”, because it’s a pretty new location and it’s nice inside. They even have their own little mini conference room for business meetings. 3 employees at the time and when I ordered my son’s vanilla shake there seemed to be some sort of inside joke going on between the employees. Was it about me? My son? The prospects of another dimension accessible through a space time work hole? Idk, but it made me feel kinda uneasy. I then ordered my mint chocolate chip shake and the same snickering again. Hmmmmmm... not sure what to make of it. The shakes seemed pretty pricey but it is real ice cream and I think Oberweis down the street is pretty similar. So, 3stars overall, but maybe they just aren’t used to in-person customers yet? Idk. Maybe next time things will be better...

hate to leave bad reviews but it’s a genuine accomplishment how terrible this dunkin is😭 been coming here (as a last resort) for yearssss and i usually order the same drink, but it literally never tastes the same. the only thing that’s consistent is how bad it tastes:( the food is usually quite stale and sloppy, obvi i’m not expecting much but like cmon. i will say they always have my mobile ready when i get there and the lines move super quick in my experience. workers are usually not in a great mood but it’s food service and i do nawt blame them. for a long time a couple years ago there was a nice lady who made my coffee perfectly each time, i don’t think she’s here anymore but i miss u girl and thank u for your service

I received very poor customer service here on multiple occasions. First off, they are out of stock on items almost every day. So good luck if you're craving a breakfast sandwich or a wrap...I was reluctant to give them another try but I did, and I regret it. I ordered a chorizo and egg wrap and it was stone cold. No really, I mean FROZEN cold. I turned back and requested a refund. The guy at the register was COLD and RUDE. He didn't even acknowledge me, nor did he apologize for the mistake. I asked for a refund, and he refused. He threatened to call the police if I did not exit the drive thru. What kind of maniac calls the cops on their customers let alone sell FROZEN food. This place is a mess. There were several customers waiting outside trying to get in. These guys were literally sitting in the parking lot... they told me that the employees LOST the key to the store... You have to be joking. Never coming back.

I arrived to pick up my order as it was ready but it wasn't. Lady there didn't have it ready until after I arrived. If it's a mobile order, please have it ready before we come in. I get tired of this often when I stop by here. I'm done. Update: i went by again today, they didn't have it ready until after arriving. Wow. Service I guess is now pretty low and unsatisfactory. Won't bother stopping by again, thanks for the memories.

I ordered coffee and 3 sesame bagels with cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese in the bagels. Looked like the employee barely touched our bagels with the spreader. It's happening with other DD places too. Slow service. They don't care about customer!

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now on

Great service! Mariah and a young man helped me today and they had such good energy and were genuinely such a pleasure to be around. So much better than every other employee I’ve seen here. They were so quick and efficient with my order. I was almost ready to stop coming here due to other employees being unpleasant but those two changed my mind. Hope to see them again! I hope management sees how incredibly hard they work and appreciates that they are the reason I will be bringing in more family and friends to their buisness

Staff is slow and rude. My order is seldom correct. Attempted to place an order today and waited for someone to take my order, sadly after 5 min of sitting no one greeted me or took my order. I drove off.
