The service and ambiance was nice but the food was just okay, not authentic. I expected my taste buds to dance with the goodness of authentic Korean food but unfortunately that was not the case. It didn’t hit the mark with the flavors I was craving. I mean it was not bad but lacked the true Korean punch that I’m used to. The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was warm and inviting.

We went on a weekday during lunch, and the customer service was AMAZING! The server constantly checked in on us, asking if everything was okay. He even took the time to explain each dish and shared his personal favorites. The food arrived promptly, and they even surprised us with a complimentary brown sugar boba milk tea! Korean fried chicken wings - Honestly, they weren't as crunchy as I had hoped, which is the key characteristic of Korean-style chicken wings. The wings were HUGE though. The flavor was good, but definitely needs to be more cripsy. Potstickers - they were really good, but slightly on the blander side, in my opinion. Definitely needed the sauce which made it extra good. And they actually tasted even better to me the next day lol. Chicken cheese tteokbokki- delicious, but mostly consists of chicken and not that many rice cakes. Edit - We tried the loaded fries today, and they were SOOO so good!! Also loved the Jappechae (glass noodles) a lot!! It takes a little bit of time to get used to the chewy texture, but they're so good! I crave them all the time now! Overall, I'm really happy about this place and can't wait to come back over and over inshaAllah.

For a hot Chicago day this place was not cooled properly. To me it wasnt clear this was basically a self service restaurant. At least keep napkins at the table Food was delicious however the chicken dish that says 30 mins min wait was the first thing brought out. Bowl was the best but needed more broth and/or meat I enjoyed but you pay a lot for not the best overall experience

We were really looking forward to Seoul Bites but were a bit disappointed today. Pros: - Very nice ambiance, modern decor, clean tables and bathrooms (obviously they invested a lot here which leads me to my point on cost of food) - Staff was friendly, although keep in mind this is a SELF-SERVICE restaurant - Food was fresh however see below on taste and cost Suggested Improvements: - Food is not authentic Korean, and extremely spicy (as in Indian spicy). This is more Korean-Indian fusion. We expected the ability to change spice levels- not possible. We hope they offer this because our mouths and throats were burning after eating our meal. We literally had to go to the ice cream shop across the street afterwards. - Food is too expensive for portion size. We paid around $30 per person. I completely understand inflation, but we’ve had a lot better and much larger portions elsewhere (that are also halal). Either increase portions or bring down your prices. You should not be charging $30 a plate, especially when you don’t have actual waiters to justify the overhead. - Ordering food at tables is done via your own phone and zero interaction with a server. Which makes it very difficult to customize your dinner, as the app is restrictive. You also tip BEFORE you get your food??? Which brings me to my next point, it appears they expect tip when it’s 99% self service (you have to get plates, utensils, napkins and your drinks yourself). We did tip, as most customers, feeling guilty about the restaurant service industry- however it comes down to this: if you feel your workers are underpaid, pay them more. Don’t expect your customers to make that up especially when you’re a self service restaurant. - Finally (another reviewer also left this), PLEASE ADD ALLERGENS to your menus. Our son also has a severe sesame allergy and there was literally sesame sprinkled on everything. Overall, decent experience but it can be so much better!

An incredible environment to host any type of meeting or a casual lunch. On a whim we chose this establishment for our office meeting. Absolutely happy with that choice. The staff was very attentive and welcoming. The food and presentation was impeccable. We tried several different dishes from loaded fries to the bulgogi and wings! Every single one of them was a different burst of flavor. Each unique to its plate. Although it was busy when we went during lunch time, it was not overcrowded or overwhelming in any way. The organization of ordering needed just a little bit of explanation, but made it so that each person could sit down and enjoy their meal without interruption. We will definitely be back!

Banchan kimchi, radish and a sweet creamy salad were served with our two dishes. A small bowl of rice was included with the bulgogi. They should consider providing romaine lettuce leafs or nori as a banchan side. Some thoughts for the restaurant: It was cold when the door was opened. The fried chicken sauce could use some work. It would be helpful to have some signage about ordering on kiosks, and where they were located, since that wasn't apparent at first sight. Also, there is an option to make a reservation, but when we got there no one checked us in or seated us. Overall, nice new place worth trying!

We really enjoyed all the food! We ordered japchae, kalbi, loaded fries, taro milk tea, jasmine green milk tea and brown sugar milk tea! Kalbi came with rice and was the best short ribs I have ever had, made exactly the way you would find in Korea! Japchae was really delicious as well! Loaded fries was good but the cheese was over but the best part was bulgogi! Teas were sweeter than usual but definitely very good! The place is expensive but definitely worth a try and highly recommended!
