Like another reviewer here, we arrived around 6:35 to find the place closed despite the hours being listed as open until 7. With an "immediate care" need (urgent but not emergency), we were left scrambling to find another nearby option. I wish this place would have been honest about their hours so we wouldn't have wasted time going here first. Other places also close at 7, so we would have been headed right to one of those instead had we known.

I DO NOT WRITE THESE AT Usually. I had to come here for some lab work and a drug test from work, due to a incident. Got here at 2:40pm found out my employer for got to sign something so I am saying it happens. So I take a nap and they come in stating they are waiting for the paperwork still to arrive aftr 30 mins. Me: ok makes since they stay busy at my job. Pass back out. I look up its already 4:40 again it's almost 5pm. Call my job and asking them what's going on they tell me not 5mins pass to sign and refactor the paper work. I rather have been at work and work 5 12hr days in a row and not get much sleep at all then sit here one more minute because they need to get this place together.

No one home. Say they are open until 7pm. LIARS. called at 6:40 says closed. Drive by at 6:42 pm. No one there.

Terrible customer service at the front desk. Walking in we were immediately told they do not see injuries- even though the nurse at my Bronson Primary care office sent us there for a tetanus shot. Finally after being interrupted 3 times, I was able to give Becki (the front desk person) all of the info about the phone call with the Primary care nurse and why we were there. The provider, Nick, was nice and looked at and gathered information about the injury and agreed that we needed a tetanus shot. Becki is an uncaring customer service person and should find a job in the back where she doesn't have to deal with patients who are in need of care. She defiantly did not make us feel welcomed or cared for.

Absolutely horrendous front desk. Came in about 2 years ago in the midst of Covid (was wearing a mask also) for foot pain and the second I walked through the door I was screamed at to leave. Was told they weren’t taking new patients, which is fine, but was yelled at to leave without me being able to say anything to them. It was so embarrassing and I hope in the years past the ladies who did this are no longer here for providing such horrid, rude care.

They did pretty good. Should have more than one provider on a Saturday though. About 2 hours of waiting for us
