Buyer beware of North Shore Classics. I paid 40K for a for a restored 1973 Challenger only to find that it had a bad crank bearing thus the engine being bad. They are refusing to make it right; telling me it will cost me another 10K for a crate engine and they will cover the labor. After paying 40K for a car that was advertised as restored and having the salesperson tell me the car is in great shape everything is good to go. I should not have to pay anything to get the car how it should have been when sold. A restored classic car. Do your homework, check the reviews online. Doing business like this and screwing hard working people over appears to be a pattern for them.

Very good dealership for classic cars the staff are very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured in any way. The staff had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. I will tell you this , I came all the way from VA to do business with northshore that alone should speak volumes. The show room looks like a museum or theme park for car heads, you will get lost in all the fun your having just looking at the inventory. A must see for any classic car lover if your ever in the Chicago area 5 star.

If you are looking for a classic car, look at the website or better yet get off your couch and go in person. This place is large enough to have a diverse selection but small enough to have only a couple of people in sales. This place is fantastic! Absolutely loved all the staff I met working there and are down to earth. They know their inventory ! If you are looking for a place that will treat you right, has a fantastic selection, fair pricing and is up front and doesn’t sugar coat anything; then this is your place. I worked with Kevin and he took the time to explain everything I wanted to know about a car. Staff took care of me and arranged transportation for my new baby.
