If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please do not go here if you are looking for actual help. Should have seen the red flag when every other psych office I spoke to had a 6 month waiting list and they could fit me in less then a week later. Receptionist was rude. The nurse or whatever she was was also very rude. I was not informed of the drug or pregnancy screening. But I figured I had nothing to hide but I watched her do them like in front of me. I felt like I was assumed to be an addict and 3 miscarriages later I'm particularly very triggered by pregnancy test part. I sat with this very unprofessional nurse for what felt like an eternity and then they took me to a monitor to speak to a nurse practioner. This woman talked to me for 5 minutes and wrote a couple scripts. Cut me off mid sentence more then once. I've never had a 1st appt thst was shorter then 45 minutes. I decided (with my therapist) that I was not going to pick up the prescription. You just met me, listened to half of my symptoms, have no previous records from any of my previous Dr's but somehow can make enough of an assumption to know what I need medication wise. A med I've never even used before none the less. And a "see you next month". A normal psych appt should be short but not the initial one. I have never felt so unheard in my entire life. I've been a psych patient for over 10 years now and I've never encountered this treatment anywhere else.

This place was an absolute nightmare. I waited for 1.5 hours to see the doctor on the screen. The doctor's name was Kim, she asked me only a couple of questions and then said I didn't have ADHD. I was diagnosed 13 years ago after I finally got health insurance. Every doctor since has diagnosed me with ADHD. This doctor shouldn't be practicing. She had none of my records on file from the state of Wisconsin, which makes absolutely no sense. I offered to give her proof of the ADHD medication I was on previously and she refused to accept it. This is the 7th doctor/vet this year that has been extremely rude and lied to me in the Kenosha area. Nobody in these doctors offices are wearing a mask typically. I've had long Covid since March and nearly died from it multiple times during that time. I'm very disappointed and hope Kim the psychiatrist leaves the field. She wants to talk down to people and ignore the patient. It's disgusting and unacceptable. I would rate lower if it was possible.

A lot of lower income and patients on government insurance use this facility so they require everyone to do a drug test at each session (which you have to pay for). What is the reasoning for this? Are they assuming that lower income patients and state insured patients are using or abusing drugs? The psychiatrists at this facility are sub par, they don’t do actual assessments on their own and piggy back off of what prior psychiatrists diagnosed and prescribed you with. Also, the psychiatrists are not in the facility, they are teleheath. If you like being judged and treated like a drug addict and second class citizen then this is the facility for you. But I’m tired of the mental health care system failing all of us that need actual help instead of judgement. We are just a paycheck and a prescription Guinea pig to them.

if there was a rating specific to the doctors themselves, Beverly, you'd have a negative rating. Staff is great and super friendly however, not one doctor has ever told me nor my wife to go see the original doctor whom helped her because they were too incompetent to rightfully discuss medications with your clients. if someone tells you that they have tried your recommendation and it wasn't right for them. you as a doctor are not supposed to get irritated with a client and tell them to go see the provider that prescribed the medication you refuse to prescribe. you as a doctor study trial and error as one medicine will not work for everyone.

I love my Dr. here and for that reason I continue going. She is thorough, really talks with me. She remembers me no matter how long until my next appt because sometimes I only have to go every 2 months. However, if I were to judge this place by office staff I would not ever go here. Trying to make an appt as a new patient or changing an appt is impossible. No one returns your call. It could be a week. And then they say you.missed an appt. Well, no one calls me back to reschedule. I have left 3 messages to reschedule an urgent appt and still no call back. If for any reason you are a minute late and have to wait in line behind some I to check in, they say you are late and have to reschedule or they have to ask the Dr. Luckily, the Dr. I have says she will always see me. So if you don't mind dealing with an understaffed office, you will get a good Dr who does care.

I'll start off by saying that I love my doctor. She's the only one that has actually listened to me and helped me get on the right medication. However, the office staff are horrible. I started going here in June of last year. I gave them my insurance, and for every visit, copay was never brought up at all. Lo and behold, 3 months down the line, I start getting bills, for HUNDREDS of dollars. When I asked them about it on my next visit, it turns out that they don't accept my insurance. There was literally a note on my file stating that, yet I was never informed about it. So now, I'm supposed to pay this off, otherwise I might not be able to see my doctor anymore?? This place is a joke.

If you really want to get on the right track and find medical help that genuinely cares, Go somewhere else! I met a Dr here that discusses other patients personal info in front of other patients, also giving completely incorrect info about medication availability. They take forever to fix their mistakes then do that half right, plus terrible attitudes to top it off. Just all around not professional. A facility like this will suddeny shut down and leave patients scrambling, I've unfortunately been through that once before, and it looks like this place. The lady at the front desk and the older nurse were nice and helpful, though.

I hate this place! They are so unprofessional and inconsistent! If it wasn't for my psychiatrist I would never return here again! Elaine the "lead" is horrific! Has no kind of ethic, integrity or professionalism. They have been through a lot of staff and no one seems to stay. I wish they'd find good professional caring people to stay and do their job right. The ladies that were there in the past that had any kind of care and sensitivity toward the patients are all gone. Management needs to re evaluate and re staff asap! This clinic is a horror going to once a month.

😠 Office staff is not friendly or professional. They were an hour late for our 2nd to last appointment. I didn’t complain but only asked after 15 minutes if we should reschedule. They told us she will be out soon. 45 min the NP comes out and apologized. We made our next appointment and that day I was...

😠 Update: they keep calling me even after I told them I found another provider. The third time they called me, they called me by someone else's name on the voicemail. Just so many red flags. Tried to schedule initial appointment after being given permission by provider to do so. I told the intake lad...
