We have had such a great experience with Aqua Pools! Tony was wonderful to work with and Jim was a fantastic project manager (always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner). We have been enjoying our pool all season long and are sad to have to close it next month. We also use Aqua Pools for our weekly pool maintenance and Bill has been excellent. He is always so friendly and takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. I really appreciate the customer service he provides! My husband and I can't say enough good things about them! We are very pleased with our decision and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We had a fiberglass pool installed this spring and Jim Jr and his crew were great. Very professional and easy to talk to. Any project of this scale will have have issues but Jim Jr was always accessible and resolved any issues that came up. Aqua pools installs over 100 pools a season and shows by their knowledge from start to finish. I proudly tell everyone that Aqua pools installed our pool and would absolutely recommend them.

Oswego, Illinois I was extremely nervous to commit to the installation of an in-ground pool. After receiving multiple quotes, Aqua Pools & Nick were who we decided to use. Nick was extremely patient, responsive, & professional. From start to finish the pool installation was relatively seamless. All the crews were polite & cleaned up the site daily. Nick answered all my questions of which I had many. I never felt any pressure to commit or upgrade. I would highly recommend Aqua Pools & Nick as they went above & beyond. We could not be happier with the finished product & have received many compliments from friends & family as to how beautiful the pool is.

Nick was my salesman and also the guy that ran the job from start to finish. I am more than happy with the service and installation of my pool. Words can’t describe my experience with Jim@aqua pools. The customer service is second to none. The attention to details is amazing and the result is fabulous. Jim is not looking to only build your dream pool he’s looking to build a relationship that will last a lifetime. They charged my credit card for liner installation that I specifically asked not to be charged with written proof. That I would pay with cash or a separate card. Never communicated a final total with me. Never sent me a final receipt or invoice for what I was charged, not even so much as a phone call. Will never use them again. Looking into filing a report with BBB.
