Waited 10 minutes for my appointment. Technician very kind however spoke little English and used his phone several times during the process. I am very pleased with his work and my nails look great. Difficult time checking out with a credit card and needed to Zelle a payment. The salon looks high end and brand spanking new. Nice background music would definitely enhance the salon experience. I would recommend to a friend.

Everything is very great, before visiting this salon, I read the reviews, but my impression was surpassed by all these reviews, it’s so modern, beautiful, but most importantly, it’s the professional workers, Bravo Vicky, who did my pedicure. She's just a bomb, just super. just smart. Simply beautiful. She did everything well and beautifully. Thank you for the pleasure you gave me, especially the massage and beautifully chosen manicure. highly recommend!

If I could give them more stars I would this is the 2nd time going there and I'm so pleased with the work they do. It's so clean and everyone is so nice. They offer you drinks. I brought pics of what i wanted both times and they did better then the pics. I highly recommend v she does great designs. Love this place.

I’m obsessed with my new nails! I’ve been getting my nails done for the last 20 years and these are some of my favorite. The entire place is beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff was very friendly and attentive to each customer, not like other places where the nail techs talk to each other the whole time. I will definitely be going back!

Super clean!! The spa milk and honey pedicure was so luxurious. My daughter got a no chip French manicure. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be back soon!

The ambiance is beautiful, clean and pretty impeccable. ! The private room is awesome ! A few hiccups! The main receptionist is very friendly and accommodating.I booked for my daughter’s 21st Bday 3 mani/pedi (myself and my 2 daughters) I called 3 different times and was told something different each time! First, 10% off, no coupon necessary for new clients and birthday and a drink if desired(like mimosas) . Second time calling I was told I had to register for the coupons- the web site has more then one link to obtain the coupon and it was a bit difficult to navigate- it only likes gmail emails so I had to create one. Third time when I called just to clarify I was told I can have the private room if I upgrade to the lavender pedicures! Why not! It’s a celebration! When we arrived there seemed to be confusion about the upgrade to private room (which was offered to me- I didn’t ask for it at time of booking) I was told that some other more expensive pedicures were required. I explained what I was told by phone and it was in my booking receipt. The manager said not to worry about it- she will still give me the private room for the lavender pedicure! That was a plus- but it’s what I was offered over the phone to begin with. We were told up to two mimosas each- we received 1 each and nobody asked or offered a 2nd. They started all our pedicures at different times. I thought we would be timed together because the booking showed the names of 3 different technicians and in the private room. There were scheduled plans later in the day! My pedicure started at least 15 minutes before my daughters. It caused them some anxiety about making event on time- and we were wanting relaxation not anxiety. We were not seated together for our manicures in the public area. I thought the entire experience would be in the private room. Only pedicures- manicures were in the main . Communication and timing is something they need to work on. Lastly, my daughter’s manicures were decent, but one didn’t look like the picture she showed but the results were still pretty. My toe nails were above average, but I noticed later when I had eyeglasses on that my no chip finger nails had brush strokes and a bubble or two (never had that problem before). I don’t want any tech to get into trouble and really contemplated about complaining, but it’s expensive so I called. The front receptionist was super friendly about coming in and fixing which they did. Almost 5 stars- fix the timing and communication and it will be there.

My second time here at Coco nail salon. I love how Mia talked care of my nails. This time I did an ombré style They come out beautifully.

It is an absolutely beautiful new salon! Jason did a wonderful job on my nails, I got dip & french manicure on my nails, it turned out exactly how I wanted and just like the picture I showed! Also got a pedicure, the stations were super clean, the service was great. Will definitely come back!!
