I
am
an
avid
Torrid
shopper.
I
frequent
this
location
as
well,
as
others
and
shop
online.
The
service
of
the
McHenry
location
has
been
on
the
decline
for
years.
I
always
have
looked
past
it
because
I
like
the
quality
of
the
clothes.
Today
however
I
had
an
incident
that
may
make
me
not
return
to
the
store
or
even
support
Torrid
further.
I
am
in
the
store
and
purchase
an
item.
Then
I
ask
the
girl
checking
me
out
if
they
price
match
the
online
prices.
At
this
point
the
sale
is
complete.
She
says
they
can
but
I
would
have
had
to
do
it
before
checking
out.
So
I
ask
about
exchanging
the
item
for
the
lesser
price.
The
manager
comes
over
and
says
something
about
no
they
can't
do
that
because
of
how
the
receipt
runs
in
the
system.
So
I
left
the
store,
I
then
turned
and
when
back
in
to
just
return
the
item...I
was
told
no,
I
can't
return
the
item
because
their
system
won't
have
the
receipt
of
purchase
processed
for
24
hours.
I
left
very
frustrated.
Number
1
that
is
the
worst
possible
policy.
So
you
mean
to
tell
me
if
they
made
an
error
and
rang
something
up
twice
and
I
catch
it
after
I
check
out,
they
can't
correct
it
for
24
hours?
I
find
that
hard
to
believe.
Number
2
I
called
another
store
and
was
told
the
information
I
was
given
by
the
always
unpleasant
manager
in
McHenry
was
a
LIE!!
So
needless
to
say,
trying
to
scam
your
customers
doesn't
gain
you
any.
Similarly
to
the
other
reviews
I
echo
that
management
here
is
poor
and
I
will
no
longer
be
shopping
there.
