Somewhat good service, the wings came out burnt and they still served it. The chicken sandwich was dry and the mac and cheese came out cold right out of the fridge. Definitely a place good for only on tap or bottled drinks.

Excellent tavern with many options for beers and with very good food. The owner was taking care of our table and the service, nice sports bar as well with large tv to watch different sports. Highly recommend.

Solid place overall. No complaints except that maybe it can be a little loud. Good service. The spicy chicken sandwich is good and I like the shoe string fries. Close enough to Wrigley but the prices won't kill you. Would recommend.

Stopped in to watch some EPL and they have an awesome Hanukkah set up. Was a little bummed they couldn’t get the crystal palace game on but it was fun nonetheless. Wings and burger with fries were both good.

For a Vikings fan in town for the weekend, this place was heaven. The loudest, liveliest, loyal fans I've been around in a long time. So fun! (Except for the outcome). The two servers working the back room were really rocking and keeping everyone happy. Burgers were incredible too. Go Vikes 💜👊🏼

Fantastic place to watch a match. Apparently a sister pub of the rambler which is another 🇺🇸 soccer pub. We were well taken care of and despite our team not winning we were glad we made the trip. The watch party was in the back room which was entirely covered in tvs with the sound up and good jams in between so we did have to listen to Alexi. Good beer choices in the cans which I love. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t able to take a picture of my food because I smashed. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The bartenders were super friendly and welcoming. Loved the atmosphere of this bar. Will definitely be bringing people here when they visit from out of town. Great place to watch games and listen to good music also.

My go to bar in Wrigley. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Even gave my drink for free one time they forgot about my drink when they were busy! Prices are reasonable and drinks are good! Great bar atmosphere to watch a game.

Had honey butter tenders and tots delivered. The chicken tasted like it was soaked in butter. With no honey. And then throwing ketchup packets in with my food, glad I had no expectations.

Great place to watch the games, but we order just a simple side of curly fries and it took them 45 min to arrive at the table and they were burned. The service was ok, considering that he was taking care of all the patio on his own. Beers arrived on time.

Absolutely love this bar! The staff is timely and consistently being an awesome vibe to the place everytime we are there. The drinks are well made and priced. The food is fantastic and one of the reasons I always look forward to coming back. I appreciate the aesthetic as well, great outdoor seating! 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely love this place. Found them randomly on grubhub and was very surprised as the food being as good as it was. Decided to come here for a happy hour after work and I had a good time. Ordered nachos, fries, wagyu beef sliders and all of it was delish. We also ordered drinks, and while a bit pricier than I liked, they were good. The staff was very friendly as well. Def recommend you pay a visit. I'll probs be coming back.

I waited way too long for a delivery order from them the first time I ordered. Tonight, I waited an hour before my order was just cancelled. Told they handed my order to the wrong delivery driver (don’t know how that happens if my name is on it) but the wait times are too much and now I have nothing. Thanks! Edit: after the kind response from Graystone, I won’t be dining in. Even ordering through a 3rd party, when I can see the driver at the location for 30-40 min waiting for the food, it isn’t the delivery that’s the issue and it’s happened twice. When an order is cancelled, I cannot review it on the delivery app, so I came here. The reviews stands. The one star is reflective of the extremely long wait happening 2/2 times and this time, nothing to eat after waiting. Perhaps some kindness and I would have changed the review.

Good drinks (Old fashioned was strong, which is great), tacos were delicious and they offered lettuce cups. The Mac and cheese is very cheesy, definitely recommend it. Service was great and the staff were all friendly! Will be returning here

I love this place. I visit it every time I am in Chicago. Tons of TVs for watching sports and they are the official bar for the Chicago Chelsea supporters club. Lots of domestic and craft beer.

Super fun for Vikings games! I went for Vikings packers and most of the bar was reservations but I was able to get a good table in the back about an hour before the game started. I’m sure it’s less busy for games against other teams. Seemed like both servers working in the back were new but they did a great job. If you order chicken strips definitely get them tossed. I didn’t and the breading pretty much all fell off. They also didn’t come with fries like the menu stated ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Had to stop by The Graystone after seeing it all decked out in Hannukah decor for the holidays. There was tons of space and we had the entire back room to ourselves (it was a Monday night but there were still plenty of patrons). Despite being the only ones in the back, our waiter was attentive and came by several times to check on us. Also the decor was out of this world and made for a fun experience.

I ordered online and they got my order wrong and gave me burnt chips. I ordered the smash burger with guac, burgers didn't even have any guac. I ordered an extra cup of cheese, missing. Then i open the boxes with my chips and they are burnt. My friend told me the place was good but it was bad, I'm sorry. I gave it two stars because the burger wasn't terrible.

Came for the first time to watch a Chelsea game. It was a great experience and the food was very tasty. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely will come back for more Chelsea games.

Currently hanging out here riding out a tornado before the padres take the cubs to the woodshed. Service has been awesome, cheese curds on point, Manny Machado is the goat, Hosmer is a ground ball merchant. 10/10 would ride out a tornado here again.

Bartender very nice. Drinks reasonably priced. I asked if wings were freshly made. I saw them bring a bucket of precooked wings from the basement, but was told they were freshly made.....from the morning.

I recommend avoiding this place. I was here yesterday, the chef they have is a very arrogant and haughty personality. Looks down on you like you're trash. I can't imagine how he was even hired as a cook because he doesn't do his job at all and thinks he's the boss. In general, with such a cook, only disappointment awaits them.

I just found this place on GrubHub and tried them cause of a wing special Holy balls this stuff is good, the bbq wings were dark and smoky with a lil baby kick, the smashburger though, that is the star of the show. It was explosively flavorful and the pickles and onions were super crisp. Best of all everything arrived super hot and fresh. Will absolutely be reordering, regardless of wing specials

Went to the back bar to cash out, in my Halloween costume, and the guy literally berated me and kicked me out. After I was told to go to the back bar by a server. It was so embarrassing for no reason. Literally yelled at me because I went to the bar and they were closing the door. I guess my bad? The bar is cool and they have good food, but the back-bar guy might be the most disrespectful person I've ever met. Go here with caution

Never a bad time at Graystone! My favorite soccer bar! Love coming here for Dortmund, Columbus Crew, and USA games. The smash burger is fire. Service is great and super friendly bartenders. The back room is perfect for private parties and game watches too and my dog loves being back there.

Solid bar. Good drinks and good food! Nice because it is couple blocks away from Wrigley Field. They have a juke box which is cool but it only plays like 1 minute of the song you choose. Normally most Juke boxes play the full song. The service was so so. I think they were understaffed. We asked our waitress for a menu and a water 3 times when ordered our beers. Never ended up getting the menu or water. They ran out of chicken wings(tried to order 12 wings). We got the last 6 wings in the restaurant.

Food was amazing and really cheap too. The smash burger had a great all round taste and texture and the tacos and just the right amount of heat and both were beyond excellent for the price.

Great patio, nice and warm, and with the transparent ceiling it felt like you're outside. Very nice! The food is great, thanks to Shy. The bartenders, Brandon, Kelly, and Matt are great, and owners, Sam, and Kyle are awesome!

I went here last week for the Hanukkah pop up bar '8 Crazy Nights'. The bar closed at 10pm and at 9:50 an employee came into one of the rooms and rudely shouted at 5 tables full of people "we're closed get out!". The same employee came back in at 9:55 and yelled again "I said leave!". I have never experienced staff this rude and I will never be returning here.

Super fun that they've added a pop Hanukkah bar for the season. The gelt martini was tasty. The brisket was good too, but the carrots and potatoes were quite underdone. The loaded jelly donut was fun too. service was very good. The music though is WAY too loud

Order on the ALLSET app and they didn't have one item on there that I wanted (lobster taco) So the guy on the phone he made me happy and got me extra vegetables and also two extra tacos to replace that one taco. I highly appreciate the customer service and making me happy :-) more food makes me happy :-) whoever was on the phone, I should have gotten your name but this is Angelo and I appreciate you! Your Chef as well! He didn't fully understand that I get 4 tacos instead of 3 but I explained it to him. I wanted a lettuce wrap for the fourth but he said they were out so I settled with the flour wrap.

Terrible service. I ordered cheese fires and a burger at 3:14pm ,didn't get our food until 3:40pm. Also requested no cheese on my Burger and there was an $1 up charge for the cheese fries and they didn't even give me cheese for my fries and put cheese on my burger. 25 minutes and a messed up order. The guy was nice about it and apologized but not a good experience. Also portion size didn't make sense , got the same amount of fries for a $3 side fry added to burger vs the $6 basket of fries, and cheese sauce was terrible when I did get. Would not recommend this place.
