This is absolutely not okay, I called to let them know about the disgusting sofa bed,was told they were not able to switch out my rooms. My guests had to find alt sleeping arrangements. Also the sink is stopped up, toilet is very wonky. I will not be returning!

Stayed here for 4 nights for my sons Navy graduation. The location to navy base is great and easy, but this is the most unclean, and worst managed hotel I have ever stayed in. Huge cob webs in corner of room, stains all over carpet, microwave had not been cleaned and had grease all over outside and food crumbs on the shelf and under microwave. Nasty dirty air conditioner with something growing inside blowing on us all night in bed. Lighting is horrible and dim, towels rough and scratchy. Taking our problems to the front desk and then manager Keenan Hartman (No relation to me, last name coincidence) emailed us accusing me of cursing and yelling at the staff, which did not happen. Then the man would never talk to me in person or even respond to my response to his email. My mothers room was dirty as well. As an Army Veteran there for my son, no military families deserve this filth and poorly managed hotel by this man. I have filed an official complaint with Marriott corp. do not waste your hard earned money on this hotel, stay somewhere else. I so wish I could include the pictures and video I took of my room. Please make better arrangements for yourself, you deserve it.

Great location and clean room. The lady at the desk when I checked in seemed to be "checked out", but the lady working when I checked out was on point. She was sanitizing everything, very friendly, made eye contact, offered to email and print the revisit, and even offered an envelope to store the reciept for safe travels. The water nozzles in the shower needs to be capped off. Both shot streams of water out at me (SEE PHOTOS) and served no purpose. The water in the restroom drained slow and the toilets ran loud, which alerted you everytime your neighbor just used the potty. The location had EVERYTHING I needed to enjoy my stay.

The customer service was great, the location was perfect given the reason I was there and there are many of places to eat in the area. The weight room could use a little work and more equipment. The rooms were spacious and clean. I liked the sliding door concept and the shower was a separate from the toilet. It was a peaceful stay and relaxing.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was very neat and clean. The hotel is nicely located very close to Walmart and a lot of take away outlets. Breakfast was okay and the staff was great.

Booked 2 rooms for a Navy graduation and visit with my kids. Clean rooms, nice staff, zero issues. Exactly what I expect from Marriott properties. Lots of dining choices nearby.

We stayed here to attend PIR for Navy graduation. The location was perfect: lots of choices for eating and shopping. Walked across the street for Sarge's Meet & Greet. It wasn't more than a 10-15 minute ride to the base. Only 30 minutes from airport. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was a nice perk. Bartender was friendly. Front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Almost wish my sailor was staying in GL for "A" school, because I would stay here again and again.

Came for my son’s graduation from Navy basic training. The room was comfy, spacious and very clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The morning breakfast was fine. Will gladly stay here when we return to visit my son. PS don’t forget to ask for the free casino voucher located next door!

I don’t typically stay in hotels, only time I do is when I travel abroad. But my stay was excellent. We stayed here for a night to go to the Renaissance Faire. My party of 5 enjoyed a suite on the 4th floor. The room was large and spacious. The water pressure was great. The pool downstairs was cool, not warm or cold. The gym was a little small, it had a bike, treadmill, and elliptical machine with a handful of dumbbells and a chair. Breakfast was excellent; yogurt, granola, biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage patties, waffle machines, different kinds of toast and juices, hard boiled eggs, cereals, fruits, muffins, and coffee. Something I appreciated about this hotel was the plastic utensils and plates they used for breakfast were compostable, there are signs all over that they are conscious of the environment and are trying to do their part. The staff were kind and attentive. Definitely one of the best stays I’ve ever had stateside.

This hotel is in a good spot, the rooms were clean, and all the staff were friendly except the night desk employee. A heavy set guy who made his hello into a weird aggressive flex. I walked up after they shut and lock the front doors. They opened it up for me, and this guy said hi. I walked up and told him my room number, I guess he didn't like the way I said it, or maybe it was a race thing, ether way he made sure I said hi to him "i said hi to you" he yelled at me as i walked away. As if I were his employee, he had some control over me or something. It was very weird. Take care out there. I guess skin color is an issue for some of those who work there. I might think twice about going back just because of this guy. The employee was not white, by the way.

A weird little hotel. First and foremost I did not appreciate housekeeping banging at my door at 7:14am. I believe that is way too early to wake up guests. This is absolutely affecting my rating. Room layout has bathroom and shower in separate areas, both with barn doors that open up to the bed. The room definitely feels cramped. Location is convenient to highways and a small selection of dining options, and a Walmart. Would I stay here again? Not sure.

I only stayed overnight and out of all the options in the immediate area I am glad I picked the SpringHill Suites by Marriott. At check in I was given a discount off of the room rate that I did not know I was eligible for. This made for an otherwise good value an outstanding value. Well appointed fitness room and nice indoor pool. Plenty of room in the suite with desk, sofa, microwave and refrig. Will definitely stay here again.

I stay here for a long period of time! And I really liked it, the rooms were really big and the bed comfortable! Definitely will be staying here again!

First time staying here. Check-in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was okay too. I love that the shower and toilet are in separate areas. Not sure if I was crazy about the placement of the television, but I would definitely stay here again.

I stay here for business. I have been here many times and generally have no complaints. I want to make sure that I say the staff is great! The issues I'm mentioning are out of their control and probably more corporate or circumstantial. This time I had some small bugs (ants maybe) in my bathroom. The sheets and towels were also really scratchy and that was odd. They've always been soft and fluffy in the past. Something changed? In addition, the morning breakfast was pretty dismal. So dismal that I had to eat breakfast elsewhere. They had oatmeal, cold cereal, a few breads, plain yogurt, overdone dry sausage, and eggs. On my last day there they had nothing but chocolate milk which would be interesting with cold cereal. On previous visits they had flavored yogurts and fresh fruit for healthier options. I will still stay here but it seems the level of comfort/luxury has gone downhill.

Beautiful room. Breakfast and coffee were delicious. I don't remember when I had scrambled eggs that piping hot. The shower in our room was fantastic. Love the 2 jets that go directly into your back. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Stayed here from December 8-12 and the hotel was very, very nice. The establishment was nice and clean. The rooms very nice and clean. The hotel staff at the front desk was very professional and freindly. The breakfast was good also. The parking lot was well lit with plenty of lighting. I will look in to staying at other SpringHill Suites in the future. Thanks

The staff here started my stay right! The room was nice. There was an odd setup with the bathroom being split, but that's my only complaint. Breakfast was good with many options, but i don't think they were prepared to serve a full hotel. They ran out of utensils, water, coffee, and creamer. It didn't appear anyone was manning the area, so i left without eating. Overall i liked this place and I'd stay there again.

I have stayed at numerous five star hotels and resorts but I must say this location exceeded my expectations. The staff has superb customer service skills and the room was excellent. They serve hot continental breakfast and the coffee was great. Clean sitting area’s with a full bar and televisions. My room had a microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, and a sitting area. And two bathrooms. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area and a casino is being built next door. I highly recommend this location.

Stayed here while we went to six flags loved how it wasn't very far from it. The rooms were good size and very clean. Loved how it had a separate sitting area with a couch. I loved the bathroom it was two separate rooms one with shower and sink and another with toilet and sink and was very clean. The kids loved swimming in the pool also. Will definitely be staying here again. The breakfast was a bit limited but was still good.

Our toilet did not flush most of the time. When reported we were told there was no one on duty to fix the problem. No room service due to COVID restrictions? Those restrictions have been lifted. No clean towels for 4 days. We asked for more towels at breakfast and they handed us a stack to take with us. The beds were terrible. Breakfast was so below normal standards. The staff were polite, but not helpful. Trash in the hallways was a norm. People would put it outside their doors so it was no longer in the room. Not a hotel I would return to.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff went above and beyond by getting a crib to the room and allowing us to have some milk from the breakfast stash for the baby’s bottle. The trash cans were missing garbage bags but everything else was perfect.

Nice, newer hotel. Breakfast buffet attendant was very nice and helpful. When we checked in Friday evening, the staff wasn’t very friendly. Disappointed to find several pieces of furniture and furnishings broken in our room. The couch could have used a good cleaning as well.

The room was pretty nice, I was a little upset to discover that there was just a shower and no tub. The pool was pretty decently sized and was clean. Their breakfast was a bit on the boring side but their coffee station was pretty nice. I would definitely go back again.

Updated, modern and VERY CLEAN. Check in starts at 3pm and has a late check out compared to other hotels (12pm) which is very handy. The room was in great condition and we had a quiet stay, which is important since my husband and I had our 4 year old with us. Highly recommend.

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are huge. Very roomy with a great layout. They include free showtime streaming service with your stay! Highly recommend for any type of travel to the area. Prices are very reasonable and the hotel is close to many restaurants.

Perhaps the BEST experience we have ever had at ANY Marriott property. This hotel staff provided over and above great customer service. General manager April Dean has hired and trained a fantastic staff. Everyone was helpful and did thelittle extra things to make our stay a great experience.
