The
cleaning
staff
must
be
lacking.
There
was
blood
splattered
all
over
the
sheets
and
pillow
case,
a
long
black
hair
in
the
shower,
and
the
soap
that
was
mounted
to
the
shower
was
completely
empty
which
tells
me
they
don't
even
check
to
refill
it
in-between
guests.
The
hallway
carpet
was
filthy
and
stained.
It
was
also
bunched
up
with
big
wrinkles
at
the
elevator
which
is
a
tripping
hazard.
There
also
was
no
one
at
the
front
desk
the
multiple
times
I
went
by.
Their
key
access
at
the
side
doors
didn't
work
half
the
time.
On
top
of
all
this,
they
have
a
sneaky
hidden
fee
that
they
claim
is
to
maintain
their
parking
lot.
They
are
trying
to
charge
this
to
all
customers
regardless
of
whether
you
park
there
or
not.
It's
not
mentioned
when
you
book
or
at
check
in.
They
claim
it's
on
their
website.
Which
it
only
notes
a
"self
parking
fee"
but
does
not
explain
that
you
will
be
automatically
charged
this
fee
even
if
you
do
not
park
there.
The
manager
was
VERY
rude
and
refused
to
refund
this
despite
the
fact
that
it
is
illegal
to
charge
undisclosed
fees
to
customers.
This
whole
stay
has
completely
turned
me
off
from
ever
wanting
to
stay
at
a
Hampton
again.
Would
not
recommend!
I
will
happily
take
my
business
elsewhere
and
suggest
you
do
the
same.
Maybe
Hampton
was
nice
at
one
point
but
they
are
going
down
hill.
So
disappointed...
