Did like this place, but no longer staying. Apparently there's a pipe burst and can't use the pool, elevator, or even go through the back door. Paying $X amount, and not even half of everything is available LOL. This place genuinely sucks now and yeah, I may just be one person, but I'm not longer coming here to stay for work.

This is probably the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in out of 50 or 60. Staff were all professional, friendly and great. Our room was super clean and dark at night. Breakfast was good. The hotel seems to be very well managed and our stay was very pleasant and stress-free. If we are back this way, we will stay here again.

The cleaning staff must be lacking. There was blood splattered all over the sheets and pillow case, a long black hair in the shower, and the soap that was mounted to the shower was completely empty which tells me they don't even check to refill it in-between guests. The hallway carpet was filthy and stained. It was also bunched up with big wrinkles at the elevator which is a tripping hazard. There also was no one at the front desk the multiple times I went by. Their key access at the side doors didn't work half the time. On top of all this, they have a sneaky hidden fee that they claim is to maintain their parking lot. They are trying to charge this to all customers regardless of whether you park there or not. It's not mentioned when you book or at check in. They claim it's on their website. Which it only notes a "self parking fee" but does not explain that you will be automatically charged this fee even if you do not park there. The manager was VERY rude and refused to refund this despite the fact that it is illegal to charge undisclosed fees to customers. This whole stay has completely turned me off from ever wanting to stay at a Hampton again. Would not recommend! I will happily take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. Maybe Hampton was nice at one point but they are going down hill. So disappointed...

Pool & elevators were out without any notice. Breakfast was weak. Rooms were oddly dark? I would recommend staying at the other hotel options near by.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!! The Service was terrible. The front desk lady was very rude. They took our money and double booked us for a room. She didn't let us get our room. Never again worst experience EVERR...THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR MEMBERS.

Haven't even spent my first night and I have to write a review immediately. When are hotels going to learn to provide enough lighting at night. My room is so dark and gloomy that I have to use the flashlight on my phone to see things. Unbelievably depressing. About one out of every 10 reviews on this hotel says the same thing. Too dark! The desk chair is too low and can't be raised higher. Impossible to do work at the desk. The internet comes in two speeds -- slow and slower. If you want to have slow you can pay $4.95 a day for the privilege. That hotels still do this in 2023 is astonishing. The climate control panel looks like it was manufactured and installed in 1987. Very clunky and difficult to tell what it's doing at any given time. The neighborhood the hotel is in is depressed and feels unsafe. The minute I can find something else, I'll be out of this hotel. EDITED TO ADD: I took a shower last night and pulled a large clump of long black hair out of the drain where it was circling around in the draining water. Now I have to wonder how clean the rooms are.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was professional. The pool was cold which is something, I'm not use too. The breakfast was delicious 😋

We enjoyed our stay! We were there for a basketball tournament. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was small, but enough to burn off some energy after a long drive. The front desk gentleman was so nice and accommodating.

They have the worst toilet paper I've ever used. It was painful to use it was so rough. If you go, bring your own toilet paper. I'm not joking. Unacceptable for a hotel of this quality. There is no overhead lighting in the room. Just a dim light by the door, and two reading lights by the bed. Also, the desk chair sits too low and cannot rise up high enough to comfortably use the desk if you are short.

Lady, black lady being rude, tried to open the door for people that live in the hotel and she told me not to open it screaming at me, sitting down in the chairs near the coffee and not doing anything I asked her to checkout she said that she can’t do anything. Every other staff member is polite, kind, helpful. I’m not a racist I get along with a lot of black people myself as a Mexican but I don’t like ladies that act this way my family and I didn’t do or say anything to her to behave this way she’s the only lady I have a problem with. If the manager or any of the workers can have a talk with her about her behavior. she’s a grown woman with no respect towards me. I love this hotel but her behavior makes me wanna not ever visit here again, thank you.

AC fan is continuously running and can't be turned off. I'm a frequent traveler and I never had a fan on "always on". AC control display died (battery dead) and nobody cared to fix it after I asked for it. Breakfast food very bad. Asked for housekeeping twice during my stay got one. Overall very bad. At least you get water as a diamond member. Not coming back here.

This is a one of the better Hampton Inn's. It is recently remodeled with nice rooms and showers. The A/C and heat both work great and the fan is not very loud. It was one of the quietest Hampton Inn's I've stayed at. I could not hear the other rooms. The front desk was very friendly and offered waters upon check in. The breakfast was great and everything was clean. The area was very close to restaurants and entertainment. Easy to access the location.

TDLR; dispute the parking recapture fee with your credit card company if you didn't park there. Overall, decent hotel. My problem is with the "parking recapture fee" that I was charged when I didn't park there. When I called to dispute the charge, the girl told me everyone is charged to maintain the parking lot. I asked to have it removed removed, since the website only makes mention of a self-parking fee at the same cost, and the girl told me she wouldn't remove it and to go ahead and dispute the charge. I disputed and got the fee back.

rooms are awesome.. staff is awesome.. great place get to the Renaissance Faire from or go after.. only thing is they need better coffee.. it's super weak.. I am a dark roast drinker, and tolerate medium roast.. but I seriously can't drink what they have at breakfast or in there room.. that's the only thing needs to change.. there is a Starbuck short distant away though

People are friendly. Location is great. But if your stay in long then get ready to clean your own room. I had asked for a cleaning for the room on the 3rd day, since I had 2 kids and 2 dogs. But they said no, and gave me sheets. So I had to make my own beds. It was disappointing. There was NO point in cleaning the room the day before I was checking out. I would not stay here again.

The employee at the front desk was very nice & helpful. The rooms were spacious & clean and not mention only 3-5miles from Six Flags Great America where we were headed. Would definitely stay there again for any of our overnight Great America trips!

We came here because my son was graduating from The Navy Boot Camp which was 15 minutes away. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I came a second time to visit about a month later and had arrived early. My room was not ready yet so they offered me an upgraded room so I can get in a room instead of waiting in the lobby for a few hours. I was very happily surprised and very comfortable. There are stores and restaurants literally across the street so that was pretty handy too. Very nice place and Devan at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend!! Plus great complimentary breakfast spread in the morning.
