Went in with my girlfriend because her screen wasn't turning on. The guy behind the counter told us it would probably be in our best interest to just get a new phone.

Upgraded a laptop they did it in two days. The cost was great. Will go back if needed.

I took my laptop to Bsoft back in June because the cover would not close. They ordered a new cover for me but unfortunately I was unable to get my laptop back to them when the cover arrived. I was finally able to bring the laptop and they were very understanding as to why I could not get in sooner. I appreciate their patience and am so happy with the quick repair and new cover, it is nice to be able to close my laptop now. I highly recommend Bsoft.
