This place makes me dearly miss the Regal that used to be on Aptakisic & Milwaukee, that's really the summary. The whole place feels a bit dank and outdated. The theater we sat in had normal seats instead of the nice reclining ones. They charge you upwards of $5 for fountain drink refills (absurd) but don't even have the coke remix machines. They also seemed to be short staffed. You'll get to see your movie but there's really nothing special about the experience otherwise.

I choose this theater because of its proximity to my house. Typically, I visit this theater twice a month. While I mostly have positive experiences here with my kids, there is one recurring issue. Every time I come, the cashiers, including the assistant manager, struggle to scan my membership rewards for a discount. Despite having a membership that offers a 20% concession discount, they attempt to charge me the regular amount disregarding my membership benefits. The assistant manager even informed me that the discount only applies to rewards points when I use them, not the 20% off at concessions, despite my monthly membership with the company. This is not an isolated incident as similar situations have occurred multiple times. I hope that the management addresses this issue and provides better training for their cashiers and managers. Otherwise, they are wasting both my time and that of other moviegoers waiting in line.

Great cinema with lots of screens, friendly staff and a good selection of snacks. There are reduced tickets on Tuesdays.

Sound system is not upto mark. So you will definitely miss the background music. Can go for regular movies that don't have background music as highlight. Clean theatre ,regular seats

Posting this at 11:36PM in an intermission. There is no sense of having intermission at this time. The pantry is not open, not even a vending machine. Seats are not comfortable.

Seats are disgusting and I don't even want to know why they are. Definitely in need of a full change. Everything else about this place is great. It's just not worth full price of the movie for those gross seats.

This is my favorite movie theater to go to in the area. They have a ton of theaters, so they’re typically showing a great selection of movies and times to pick from. As a short person, I enjoy that these theaters have stadium seating. I’ve never had a problem viewing a movie here. I’d recommend purchasing tickets in advance for this theater so that you get prime seating. The only downfall is that the fees are pretty steep for purchasing online. However, I’m not going to join a subscription service so that the online fees are lower.

If I could give a 0 I would. I'm a teacher at a daycare and I brought some of the kids on a field trip and before we even got out of the van I see a lady who later find out wad the assistant manager and a guy who knows who he was look at our van and shake there heads. Then I came in and the same lady was at the counter talking bout us. We have been to plenty of movies and theater and never had a problem and ahe told us we need to let them know next time. We ordered pur tickets online. She said we are super short handed. This is very unprofessional.

Loved this place been coming since a kid. After 8:30pm they close everything was super disappointing. I would’ve enjoyed my movie a-lot more with a simple Drink . AMC is my new go 2 for sure

I would give this a 5 star but the seats are not comfortable. Everything else is great but I would come to this theater more often if they had better seating but I rather just drive 15-20 min to another theater to make me feel I’m at home on my couch watching a movie.
