AMAZING! My nephew recommended this place. At first sight it was packed an not super fancy, but the food was worth it all! We stopped in on a Friday night it was very busy when we arrived, once seated it cleared out. The food service was very fast an the food was beyond my expectations. I order the miso soup great flavor, Sesame chili shrimp taco Phenomenal! It was so flavorful with a sesame chili aïoli, cilantro onion relish, slaw that all went so well together. Sambal fish taco, a lot larger then shrimp taco with great flavor and taste. My sister had the Bulgogi Banh Mi sandwich, I don’t eat red meat but she loved it. Im only visiting town an really want to go back before I leave! UPDATE! I went back a second time an it was well worth it!

Having only seen the food online, and reading the room of happy expressions of others enjoying the food inside. I have to agree. It really is great food that brings a smile to your face. Whether you have the street dumplings, tacos, or even the other specialties. There is something for everyone! :)

Always enjoyed lunch at Del Seoul. Every meal has been flavorful. Service is great and food arrives quickly. Parking can be difficult, but not impossible.

This place is a great mixture of flavor and texture. I had 3 of the tacos and they were so good. The poutine with the short rib was also amazing. I would come back and feel pretty confident picking almost anything off the menu.

LOVE this place! Del Seoul has to be one of my favorite restaurants in Lincoln Park and maybe in all of Chicago. As a realtor who sells homes and condos in the area, it is so great to have a go-to spot in the neighborhood that is quick and delicious! My favorite thing on the menu is the OG Chicken, any of the Bento Boxes, and their tacos. I promise everything on their menu is delicious and will not disappoint. The service is great and the food always comes out hot and fast. Thank you Del Seoul for such an amazing restaurant! I can't wait for my next meal here!

Shrimp Tacos: 100% GET!!! Best shrimp tacos I've ever had. For under 4 bucks, I think 3 fill do the job. The shrimp is just bursting with juicy flavors yet somehow it's still so crispy. The toppings and sauce will just perfectly complete every bite and no other shrimp taco will compare. Fish Tacos: Skip After eating the shrimp taco, it was hard to enjoy anything else. But as a fish taco the fish was just cooked normally and I wish it was battered and fried. Japchae: Maybe get? Japchae: Maybe get? It's nothing too amazing but straight forward glass noodles Its a decent Korean food stop with a good assortment of items but I would honestly come back here for shrimp tacos every single chance I get. It's just that mind glowingly good and cheap. Food: 9/10 Service: 6/10 Atmosphere: 6/10 Value: 9/10

Nice little place for Korean/Asian food. Standard small little restaurant for atmosphere. I had the orange chicken and dumplings. The orange chicken was one of the best I've had! Great food, great prices. If you like Korean/Asian style food, this place will be for you.

Good price for solid food in a lovely area, definitely worth a try. I’d take half a star off because they missed fries in my order. Great food but nothing mind blowing. Affordable, filling, fast service.

Excellent quality food for great prices in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. We tried the spicy pork taco, the tempura fried haddock taco and the fried shrimp taco. All three were awesome and you get a lot of fish/pork for the price. We also had the K-town chicken wings that were wonderful and a meal in itself. They have a lot of seating inside and counter service is fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Somehow I liked it a bit less this time than when I first had it a few years ago. Maybe because I’ve now tried quite a few places with Korean inspired tacos. But don’t get me wrong, the Korean beef tacos were still pretty good, but maybe it’s just a bit too sweet and too much sauce for me. We also had the shrimp tacos, good but a tad bit more sauce on there than I would’ve liked. The chicken wings were good.

Food is always good.. 😋 I ordered 2 shrimp sandwich but made it back home (45 minutes away) to realize the restaurant had messed up my order. They gave me one shrimp and one beef sandwich. I’m glad I opened it before I bit into it because I don’t eat red meat. Called the restaurant and the gentleman told me they will refund me for 1 sandwich. I was cool with that but decided to drive back 45 minutes because I had been craving this food. I was not compensated for the error they made. No refund or discount. For this reason I give 3 stars…..

Del Seoul has some pretty decent Korean street food. Loved the tacos and the K-town wings. They blend just the right amount of sweet and savory flavors.

Ordered quite a different bit of stuff and everything was fantastic! The wings were absolutely some of the best Korean wings I’ve had. My only complaint is the interior is tiny and finding a seat was quite the challenge, especially when they’re busy.

Amazing Korean food, definitely try the shrimp or kalbi tacos, the tofu hotpot and fries are great too. Korean flavors with a modern twist, love all the food here. Shrimp, kalbi, fish tacos are a must try. The tacos are very loaded, meats and veggies all taste fresh and the flavors are rich and satisfying. They all do use a spicy mayo which is a little bit of an easy win but the food is executed well. The fries are some of my favorite from anywhere. Thin and crunchy with a creamy yet light dipping sauce. I very pleasantly surprised by the tofu hotpot. the portion is bigger than other Korean places and comes loaded with a lot of extras like shrimp, clams, a mussel, and some meat. As well as I think two eggs vs the normal one. They all come together for a very filling and satisfying meal. I wish it could be spicier, so I'll try to ask for extra spicy next time. Utensils, water are self service, you order and they bring it out to you. atmosphere is nice and modern but the space is a bit cramped. Price is good, especially with the crazy inflation we've been seeing lately. This will definitely be one of my go to restruants and if you have the chance, definitely give them a shot!

This place never disappoints. We’ve been going here for years. I recommend the Shrimp bahn mi, shrimp tacos, and Bulgogi tacos.

I’ll highly recommend this little gem in Chicago. The spicy pork bento 🍱 was absolutely delicious. The kimchi fries is shareable for 2-3 folks. Enjoyed the shrimp tacos very much even though the portions were small.

Nice low-key spot. Service was great and they put together two tables for us. K-town chicken wings had a good crisp and sweet flavor. Spicy BBQ pork bento box wasn’t spicy but was tasty. Salad and ginger-citrus vinaigrette on the side was super fresh and delicious.

Food came out pretty quickly around 20 min. The spicy BBQ pork was really good. Others at my table got the beef version of this meal and it looked great. Presentation and taste are both great. Would definitely recommend it.

Simple menu. Great food quality, fair prices. They have just 3 small tables for outdoor seating. But since we are here on a Friday for lunch, we were able to grab the last outdoor table. Soju is only 14$ a bottle, I consider that very fair. Great restaurant. Would come again!

Very delicious Korean food! The restaurant is cozy and the service is very friendly. We tried the tacos 🌮(all of them were incredible, especially the shrimp one), the bibimpap was excellent, the kalbi bento bento box 🍱 delicious and the spicy beef soup 🍜 hot and spicy, warms you up in this cold winter. The food was so good that I came back twice within the same week!

Fantastic food. Great beer selection. Outdoor seating. Kind fast service. What's not to love? We tried the chicken and some tacos and they were all excellent. Highly recommended.

I've been a regular at Del Seoul for years, and it's one of my go-to spots for a casual Korean fusion meal. While I wish they would include some more traditional Korean options on the menu, the quality of what they offer is consistently good with very reasonable prices. Some of my favorites include their bibimbap, shrimp/fish taco, Sundubu-jjigae, and street dumplings.

Del Seoul was great. The gentleman at the counter took his time to explain the menu and features to us, which was extremely helpful. We ordered chicken wings, shrimp and chicken tacos, pot stickers, and OG chicken, but the Kimchi loaded french fries were the best! The wings were not as crispy and fresh as we expected, but were still good. Highly recommended, and will go back next time we are in Chicago.

Go there! You can walk, but it’s better if you run. Super good food, I really was impressed by it. I always see people there, which means they are doing something right. I loved it!
