This healthy eating establishment which is part of Karyn's health and wellness spa has a menu full of delicious plant based food items and a pleasant atmosphere for gathering with family and friends! I tried Jerry's Pizza and the Chilli and absolutely loved both food items! I'm so grateful that there's an eating establishment like this in the South suburbs! Go KARYN'S! Go Vegan!

It is a great holistic and health spa offering many treatments and vitamin supplements, I had a couple good experiences for hyperbaric oxygen therapy but the last few times I’ve had some issues with the treatments. The first issue happened back in Oct/ Nov The girl that put me in the tank had forgotten about me for over an hour. I had a 30 minute session but was in there for over an hour and 15 minutes. I had to call them from inside the tank to let me out, when I asked the girl about it she just said “ I went on a break and I thought someone else would let you out, I guess not” I didn’t visit again until very recently only this time the tank never inflated fully so I feel like I did not get a full treatment, could be a technical issue, the tank just sat on my leg’s deflated for most of the time. I will be back to try the restaurant that opened next door, the food smelled delicious from the other side which is Karyn’s vegan restaurant.

It was really nice and relaxing and Healthy for you!!! Plus you can purchase healthy homemade organic snacks too! I laid down in the chamber. But there's one you can sit up in too! Great service! And Great Parking!!!

Amazing food. Great for first time our established vegans. Try the spirulina ice cream...will blow your mind.

All of the food was tasty. The wait staff was very accommodating and patient with someone who doesn't know much about vegan cuisine. I did not miss the meat, it was so flavorful. Highly recommended. And we got the treat of a table visit from Karyn herself, who looks like her food has blessed her with the secrets of good living.

I’ve been planning a trip to this spa for years and finally got to have an experience beyond my fantasies! I went with family and from the moment we walked in we received THE BEST service. You can tell it’s a welcoming, inclusive environment. The wall of health books, foot massagers under the seat in lobby and complimentary water made me feel like I was relaxing in the most relevant library. Karyn even hung out with us before treatment and dropped gems that had my non health conscious family really thinking. We all got the quick cleanse and when I tell you I have never see my family so relaxed in public. They’re usually a bit antsy and agitated but they were fine waiting for me to go through my cleanse. The next day, I could easily map out the next steps to keep my body on the right path. I highly recommend coming here regularly!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The Southern Comfort plate is everything I was hoping for: delicious and flavorful greens, mac & cheese that’s not dry like some places, and the jerk chicken that has just the right amount of spice! The portions are huge so you’re getting a lot for your money. I ended up eating my leftovers the next day, so you’re kinda getting 2 meals for the price of 1. I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. What a great addition to the south suburban eatery options.

It's a spa like no other. Hyperbaric chambers whether you want to sit or lay down. Body sculpting, massages, colonics, ozone baths and infrared saunas. This woman Karyn is very concerned about your well being so if you want the ultimate experience then you need to come here.

Great to see the buzz for the grand opening. My jerk chicken sandwich had tons of flavor and was fulfilling. The side of greens was good too.

The girl working was very welcoming and explained each service to me. I had the most relaxing time (sauna, hyperbaric, colonic). l felt and looked 100% better after being here. very effective services and friendly people. l look forward to coming back and getting massage and facial. it's a resort spa feel. l felt like l just got back from a vacation!

I didn't go to the spa, but I dined it at the restaurant yesterday, and it was quite good. The owner is a personable. The food is good and healthy, and the decor and atmosphere is nice. This is a place I will not only visit again but I will eagerly recommend.
